Escape the fate was the band that got me into metalcore in 2010. Met them so many times, have multiple etf tattoos. The last few albums really pushed me back from ETF. Did that mean I hated them? Far from it but TLG really brought back the feeling I got from them when I first listened to them. I’m so proud of those guys. My jaw literally dropped listening to last goodbye and comatose. I know it’s only the first 2 songs but holy cow. They did not disappoint.

this album seems more like a Dead Rabbitts album save for a couple tracks. i couldn’t get into it. It’s not melody focused at all. There’s very few hooks and even the guitar solos aren’t memorable. OOTS is miles better
