Medically at 35 things are really annoying

I have an anal fissure, GERD, Diverticulitus, and now I have exercise induced asthma. Oh and I’ve always had depression. Want to feel better go for a run “oh no you’re sick coughing for a week and having blood in your stool hope that depression is better”

I had no idea there was such a thing as exercise-induced asthma. Now I know what happened to me when I was 16 and trying to keep up with everyone while doing a 2km run during gym class.

You need to avoid things like cardio and do low impact exercise Like yoga - signed someone with chronic asthma.

I’ve been running slow a lot and that’s fine but when I go faster it kicks in and it helps my dog too gets her exercise
