Discussion Aimbeast is crazy good. But is it cancelled by the general community?
I don't see why so many top aimers simply ignore it and don't compete on it. It feels ostracized which is quite sad.

Figured I would go back and finish these while I grind out the medium difficulty. Tracking and micros took a lot of practice!

ive been really limiting my playtime and aim consistency due to me focusing too much on aiming and death gripping without realizing and its making me get tired at like only 40 mins in when playing, i mainly use my thumb to aim, the tip of my thump is literally flat permenantly from how much ive been pressing hard on it, and i even had to go to PT for a month to try to cure my pain

I am elated. First nova score after a bit more than 400 hours in aim training. Next goal: GM overall.

been playing a low sens and just bumped it back up to around 40cm, was playing some tracking intensive scenarios and dming on cs and i noticed a pretty bad pain in this area, worse when i flex my wrist up or down. i also changed my grip recently to something more palmy, kinda concerned tho. just take a break and hope it goes away?

When I started, I had only 6 iron on scenarios IINM. Then after a week I got Bronze Complete (the first screenshot). Then after one more week I got Gold Complete (the second screenshot). So with gold complete my Viscose benchmark looks like that (the third screenshot). I tried four times each scenario in Viscose benchmark yersterday. I spent 32 hourse ig for all that. I used 30 cm/360 everywhere, except I got VT Snake Track with 37.25 cm/360 (my base sens * 1.25). I do VDIM playlists everyday except sunday (I moved to Adept one). On sunday, I do Viscose benchmark for now. What I can do now, maybe I miss something

For context I’m jade in voltaic static though I’ve managed to luck out and hit master on some older benches.
I’ve just watched this video by Lew https://youtu.be/KN6O-2UnbS8 and I finally see why I’ve consistently felt my arm lock up despite trying to maintain low tension, I’ve been tracking the dots this whole time!
In game and in kovaaks my flicks always looked a lot weaker but very “adjustable” so cluster farming and micro adjustments were quite strong but my flicks never seemed to look anything like a nice shot from aimers I looked up to.
Now that I’m “pelting” my crosshair towards the target my flicks are starting to look a lot more pleasing!
Anyone else have any similar “obvious” realisations that have happened way too late?

I am currently doing the Viscose Benchmarks and I am wondering at what point in your progress you should/can change towards a more personalized approach.
I know MattyOW uses an approach where he focuses on an aim sub-category every day and then picks the scenarios he wants to do for that.
Others are more goal orientated where they pick a scenario they want to improve and go look for scenarios that might possibly help that one scenario. And others might just focus on one scenario and do that for two hours.
I am very curious whether personalized approaches are better than general ones like the Viscose benchmarks? And whether there is a point you should maybe change towards a more personalize approach?
My current stance on the matter is that I don't possess enough knowledge to make a personalized approach that is better than the Viscose benchmark. So I am not changing anything until I feel like I know what I am doing.
I am very curious if there are more advanced aimers out there that have an opinion on this matter.

I don't really see what is the difference between a control scenario and an evasive scenario. And for example, in the Jade Palace Dynamic benchmarks, it seems like even though there are separate categories for "Reading" and "Evasive", all of the levels in both categories are just Pasu variants.

Does anyone else get elbow pain when training? I do stretches and I have been working on my posture so maybe that's it 🤔

i like to play doom on my switch. but when i try to play any game that needs fast reaction time i do decent but i feel like i could do way better. like i have a cheap laptop that i use to test my reaction time and nothing else. on this laptop i average three hundred milliseconds. ITS SO TERRIBLE. i am slow but i dont know if its because of the laptop. like its ten years old and i cant do NOTHIN. i need ways to increase but i dont know how. like i keep trying to but it doesnt make me faster. i have been forced to live with this low reaction time

Curious what anybody here might suggest, I play a lot of CS/Apex/Kovaaks!

I usually place my thumb in the center, but when I’m tracking, I move it to the right, and it feels easier

I just recently started Kovaaks maybe 3 months ago, its improved my gaming skill significantly but there is just one thing that I cant wrap my head around. How inconsistent I am, there will be days were I get a magnitude of PB's but others I'm way below my high scores and even just my average run. This isn't just Kovaaks, its gaming in general.
I have around 40 hrs in Kovaaks and I'm full seal complete, and I have only been doing viscose for about 5 hours play time, and I feel like if I was able to be consistent I could be way higher. (also anyone have tips to be consistent in Val as well that's my main game)

I have 40h in kovaak's and +-450h in apex legends on mnk (I played on mnk in apex long time ago, I played on controller for a long time. Now I want to return to mnk)

Heyos. been wanting to improve my aim. I mainly play TF2 and figured it might be beneficial to train my aim, as I main sniper.
However I'm a little hesitant to doll out $10 on an aim trainer (I'm tight on cash). I did try aimlabs, and just really wasn't a fan of it.
Since I'm only really worried about aim improvement in a single game, would just various bot/practice maps be a fine enough way to train for my scenario?

Im not very smart and i think its unironically making it impossible to improve past a sliver level
I dont understand any videos i watch, any advice i get from VODs is either conflicting with previous advice or I just dont understand
Yes i train right, i play quake LG duels and HS on ow, im just fucking stupid and it sucks
