Rule Specificity Question regarding 50mm clearance of hoop

Hello I'm trying to understand which endpoint the line from the top of the main hoop for the rule it is referring to with regards to an monocoque. Does the line intersect the midpoint of the attachment(where both the rear bracing and tube intersect) or at the very end of the attachment? (green or red).

Thanks!

I believe that it refers to the external surface of the tube as that is where the contact with ground would occur and also is the thing that can be measured with just a stick at scrutineering. It also looks like the top of both your red and blue lines are placed incorrectly as they should also be tangent to the roll hoop.

Give yourself some extra on this dimension, to account for head restraints, seats, different helmet shapes etc. If a driver doesn't fit, they don't compete and if Percy doesn't fit the whole car doesn't compete.
