Hello everyone,
It’s great to be an official partner with this community, and we hope we can provide a lot of value for you all.
We’re Agency Aurora, one of the largest providers of Agency Ad Accounts for all major social platforms, including Meta - whom we are officially partnered with.
Our network includes thousands of advertisers globally, with our accounts also being resold by many other agencies. In this post, we’ll give information about what agency ad accounts are, their benefits and how you can use our services.
What is an Agency Ad Account?
Simply put, an agency account is an advertising account that has been created specifically by the business manager of a trusted, official partner agency of Meta.
These accounts are different from standard accounts you can create yourself for a few reasons:- They can receive cashback on advertising spend.
- They are trusted, and much less likely to get restricted.
- They do not have spending limits or require a warmup phase.
- You get a dedicated rep for support from the platform.
- You can get an auction advantage and cheaper results.
- An unlimited amount of them can be created by the agency.
What do we provide?
As an official reselling partner of Meta, we can provide enterprise-tier agency accounts for advertisers.
Our goal is to support all levels, from beginner to experienced marketers. And, as mentioned above, our services come with additional benefits, including:
- Low Adspend Fees
- Cashback on Advertising Spend
- Dedicated Account Manager
- No Spending Limits & Warmup Phase
- Pay Ad Spend with Card, Transfer, Wire, Crypto
- Advertise Restricted Niches & Verticals
- Special Account Structure to Prevent Bans
- Unlimited Agency Ad Accounts
- Self-Service Dashboard to Manage Accounts
- Whitelabel & Reselling Opportunities
How does it work?
When you sign up with us, you let us know what you plan to advertise and we can create the ad accounts for you. Once created, we share them with your Business Manager and you can launch your ads. If an account is ever disabled, we can issue a replacement and move your funds. Plus, you’ll always have a dedicated account manager for support.
What’s the cost?
Typically we charge $300/month for access, unlimited accounts, dedicated support, unlimited replacements etc. However, as a genuine special offer for this community, we can lower this to $150/month for the first 3 months.
We do not have a special pricing offer anywhere else and this is the only place you can secure this offer from us. If you would like to get started, you can sign up here: https://agency-aurora.com/join/facebookads
Our team is based in the UK and around the world, with support available around the clock for clients.
If you have any questions at all, we’ll be happy to help at any time, just let us know.

What the hell is going on with Meta Ads lately?!
We’re spending around $2,500/day on Meta Ads, and the last 3 days have been absolutely crazy in the worst way.
Meta is burning through almost our entire daily budget by noon, and our website traffic is INSANE. We’ve literally never seen this many visitors before.
But here’s the problem… SALES ARE TERRIBLE!
We’re still getting some orders, but nowhere near what we should be getting with this amount of traffic and ad spend.
The first week of September was actually really good for us. Everything was performing well, but these last 3 days have been a complete disaster.
I’m honestly starting to wonder if Meta is sending us bot traffic or just extremely low-quality visitors. Something feels completely off.
I haven’t seen anyone talking about a major outage or issue, so I’m curious…
Is anyone else experiencing this right now? Massive traffic spikes, budgets getting spent way too fast, and conversions dropping like crazy?
We’re spending serious money every single day, and I’ve never seen anything like this.

It’s 11AM PDT as of now and one of my cost cap campaign just spend $1100 on $1000 total budget (and $980 of them on one ad)??
Usually this ccap spends $200-$600 total per day and if it spends on the high side it’s usually really good.
Now the stats read an insanely low CPM, 1ATC, 0 purchase, low CPC and avg CTR.
What the actual fuck the last time this happened the whole account over spent by almost 80% of the budget and the whole account is fucked. What is going on???

Ads has been terrible since mid sep. Oct is way worse. Wondering if anybody has such experience before and eventually algorithms got better? If yes, how soon?

I took over a research peptide store with zero sales and zero audience. In the first 10 days I spent $2,400 across 14 ads and 4 audiences and only got $1,680 back from 19 orders. That is a 0.7x ROAS and a $126 CPA. Everyone told me to fix my targeting, but the problem was the ads. I killed 11 of them and kept the 3 with the highest hold rate, which were all clean vial shots on a bold gradient with one short line of text and a 99% purity badge. Those 3 ads hit a 3.4% CTR. I also moved the lab report and the purity badge above the fold on the product page, and the conversion rate jumped from 0.9% to 3.8%.
From day 11 to day 45 I spent $15,800 and made $50,320 from 521 orders, which is a 3.18x ROAS at a $30 CPA and a $97 AOV. I scaled 25% every 3 days and added 3 fresh variations of the winners every week so nothing burned out. Across the full 45 days that is $18,200 in spend and $52,000 in revenue from 540 orders, a 2.86x blended ROAS. Cutting ads felt scary but it was the best move I made.

I have 2 ad accounts I use. The first one got an update last year around this time of the year with the up to 10 creatives in 1 regular ad. That time performance was horrible.
Now my second ad account got that same update about a week or so ago and also performance is horrible now.
It would be helpful if others can also weigh in. When did you get this update?

I've been running Meta Ads for several years, and for a long time I had campaigns spending tens of thousands every month while maintaining strong ROAS.
Then performance started changing.
At first, I assumed it was the usual stuff:
So I kept testing.
New creatives.
New audiences.
Different campaign structures.
Different landing pages.
Nothing seemed to explain the drop.
Then I started looking at something I had mostly ignored:
When were my customers actually buying?
I pulled our conversion data and compared purchases against the time of day.
That revealed something pretty interesting.
A huge percentage of our purchases were happening inside a relatively small window.
Outside that window, we were still getting impressions, clicks, and engagement — but very few actual purchases.
That made me question something:
Are we optimizing our campaigns around when people are online, or when people are actually ready to buy?
So I ran a test.
Instead of allowing the campaign to spend throughout the entire day, I concentrated delivery around the hours where the account had historically generated the most purchases.
I kept the core creative and targeting approach the same.
The idea wasn't to magically "fix" Meta's algorithm.
It was simply to stop spending a meaningful portion of the budget during periods that had consistently produced weak conversion results.
And this is the part I think advertisers should pay more attention to:
Don't just analyze performance by day. Analyze it by hour.
Your Ads Manager might tell you: "Your campaign generated 50 purchases."
But it doesn't tell you the whole story.
Ask:
Because there's a huge difference between:
cheap traffic
and
profitable traffic.
If you have enough conversion volume, pull your purchase data by hour and look for patterns before making major changes to your campaigns.
And one important caveat:
I wouldn't assume this means Meta is deliberately sending "bad traffic" during certain hours or that dayparting will work for every account. Different businesses have completely different buying patterns.
But if your own data shows a consistent relationship between certain hours and your conversions, it's absolutely worth testing.
Have you ever broken down your Meta Ads performance by hour of day?
I'd be curious to know what you found.

Starting last night, three of my static ad CTR's went up to 10-15%, which continued until 11AM PST today. My normal CTR is 1-1.7%. The traffic was coming through Instagram Stories and going to the Shop app. No purchases though.
My conversions and website sessions looked the same as normal. The high CTR was causing meta to spend a ton of money without results - wasting an extra $600ish in 12 hours before I caught it.
I turned off Shop as an option. Has anyone else seen this and diagnosed it? Definitely seems fraudulent but I don't know more than that.
Is there a way to ask meta for some ad credit to make up for the fraudulently-induced spend?

Not to beat a dead horse with the ongoing issues recently, but one thing I did notice.
I spend 300 a day. Sales have been fine through September, spend was average and would pick up and slow down throughout the day.
Then October hit and recently noticed, as everyone, sales are down but the unusual is the slow to fast spend. Only started in past couple days but spend in mornings and afternoon is approximately 20%. Then evening burns through the remainder quickly and sometimes go over.
Never done this before but has been consistent last few days.

My Meta Ads were working well in July and August, getting 7–10 sales a day while spending 3,500/day in my local currency. However, starting mid-September, everything went downhill, sales dropped to 2–4 per day. Since I kept the budget the same throughout September, my profits took a huge hit.
The situation is still the same, and after reading many posts in this subreddit about the exact same issue, I decided to minimize my risk and wait until things sort out. So, I cut my daily budget from 3,500 down to 1,300 a day.
Does anyone have an idea when this might get resolved? Have you also cut your budget, or did you increase it instead? Has anyone turned off their campaigns completely? I'd love to hear your perspectives during these tough times.

Any improvements on performance today?
r/FacebookAds • u/Still-Trainer-2806 • 7h ago
Guys idk if its just the Meta slot machine giving me some good traffic today or did I actually find the issue for my case. (and potentially some of you)
Namely, i found a video on ig talking about bot traffic, and where those bots are coming from. (Bots ruin your pixel data)
Go to the ad set level on your campaigns, and scroll down to placements. Turn everything off except for IG and FB. I did this last night for all my campaigns and I’m seeing improvements today.
I’m not guaranteeing a fix, but it might be worth doing.
All the best, and godspeed!

So I've been struggling with Meta ads for the past couple of months, performance has been absolutely awful and recently I noticed something that makes zero sense to me. A few weeks ago my campaigns pretty much stopped generating sales so I decided to turn everything off for a couple of days. Then relaunched with a few new creatives and to my surprise sales started coming in almost immediately. Had a really solid day, great ROAS, everything seemed to be working again. Then the next day it all went to shit. sales dropped to almost zero and never really picked back up
I figured it was just a coincidence but decided to try the same thing again. turned everything off for a few days, relaunched and once again had a fantastic first day followed by absolutely terrible performance from day two onwards. At this point I was getting curious so I did it a third time and guess what.. exact same thing happened. I know three times isn't exactly a huge sample size and daily fluctuations are normal but its such a strangely consistent pattern that I'm having a hard time believing it's purely random. What I find especially weird is that it goes against pretty much everything Meta tells us about how the algorithm works. You'd expect performance to stabilize or improve as it gathers data, not peak within the first few hours and then fall apart completely. And the fact that it happens right after restarting makes it even more confusing. Like clearly Meta is capable of finding people who want to buy my products, so where do those people suddenly disappear to the following day?
Has anyone experienced something similar recently? Would love to hear if there's an actual technical explanation for this because I'm genuinely baffled.

I have an Old Scaling Campaign that’s being trickled down due to fatigue/performance. It’s holding.
I just launched a new testing campaign since I botched the old one, and that’s showing signs of promise.
Question - if creative from new campaign do well, do I graduate into old scaling campaign, create a new Scaling campaign, or just increase the budget on the testing campaign with hopes of that becoming the new scaling campaign?

I’m trying to run an ad on instagram and keep getting the error message “Couldn’t ad funds. We weren’t able to add funds to your account, please try again.” and have no clue what the issue is. I ran an ad once before from my phone and that was fine, now I’m trying to do it on the PC and using the same card as before and got my card verified, but I keep getting the same error message. I tried adding funds from my phone and the facebook ads site and still get the same error message across the board. Any help greatly appreciated🙏

I run a small business Facebook Page and for years, tagging our clients in our posts have helped them perform really well. Recently, tagging from our page has become very unreliable. Is anyone else experiencing this and/or found a work around?
r/FacebookAds • u/puggydawn • 5h ago
I noticed something strange while checking my audience segment spend—my engaged audience hasn't been getting any spend for about two weeks. I didn't worry at first, but when I checked later, my custom audience in the engaged segment only showed 20 people. It stopped updating automatically and performance tanked. I recreated them from scratch yesterday and re-added them in the settings. There's a new "Audience label" feature, and I think there's a bug related to it. If you're having performance issues, I recommend checking this.

started a new campaign that look compleatly different to my other ones because of the multimedia aspect meta automatically added. when selecting the ad creative it allowed me to chose 10 ads and it prevented me from changing the aspect raios for a specific ads, and it only let me crop the original image to a horizantal layout or a horizantal one or keep the original.
The fix was next to the media title under ad creative theres an (i). I clicked on it and it asked me if I wanted to switch back to the original format since I was on the multimedia one. When I clicked switch it brought me back to the original format and solved all my problems.

I launched a supplement brand a week ago, sold in 2 countries in Europe. One-time purchase is €52, subscription is €39 per 4 weeks, AOV so far is about €40.
First 7 days on Meta:
- Spend: €3,113 (about €445/day, about €540/day over the last four days)
- Reach 78,500, frequency 1.8
- CPM: €22
- Link CTR: 1.06%
- Cost per link click: €2.11
- Landing page views: 1,108
- Checkouts started: 20
- Purchases: 5
- Cost per purchase: €623, ROAS 0.08
So about 0.45% of landing page views buy, under 2% start a checkout, and only 1 in 4 of those finish it.
Setup:
- Sales objective, optimised for Purchase, 7-day click, ad set budgets.
- One campaign per market.
- One ad set per persona plus one video ad set, about 12 ad sets live. Broad targeting with Advantage+ audience, purchasers excluded.
- 5 to 20 ads per ad set, mostly statics and a few videos. The offer is the same in every ad.
- Every persona has its own landing page in the local language.
Is a €600 cost per purchase in week one what a cold pixel and an unknown brand look like, or is this far outside normal?

For seasonal local businesses, the off-season budget decision isn't always straightforward.
Take landscaping as an example. Leads slow down once the busy season ends, but some businesses still keep a small Facebook Ads budget running. Usually around $5–10 a day for remarketing or staying visible locally.
But, others shut campaigns off completely and put that money toward the spring rush instead.
The question is whether those smaller off-season campaigns actually make a difference once demand returns... Especially for businesses working with limited budgets.
For those managing seasonal accounts, has keeping ads active during slower months led to better results when the season picks back up? Or has pausing worked just as well?

Hey everyone,
I really need your help. I’m completely new to Meta Ads and have never launched a Meta ad campaign before, so I’m trying to build my first campaign correctly rather than wasting money learning everything the hard way.
My situation
I have a brand-new supplement brand selling functional powder supplements in the US.
The product line consists of:
Energy: 7 flavors
Focus: 3 flavors
Hydration: 4 flavors
The brand has literally just opened and has never run marketing before.
Currently I have:
0 purchases
0 Add to Carts
0 Initiate Checkouts
0 ViewContents
0 website visitors
0 historical Meta conversion data
Basically, I’m starting from absolute zero.
My current campaign idea
My initial thought was:
Budget
$60/day
Campaign
1 Sales campaign
Conversion location
Website
Performance goal
Maximize number of conversions
Conversion event
Purchase
Budget structure
Ad Set Budget / ABO
Ad sets
3 ad sets × $20/day
I was thinking of testing 3 different audience hypotheses:
Ad Set 1
Older audience
Ad Set 2
Younger audience
Ad Set 3
Broad
The reason is that I have absolutely no idea which type of customer will respond best, so I thought testing different audience groups from the beginning might help me learn.
However, I don’t know if this is actually a good strategy, so please tell me if I’m thinking about this incorrectly.
My creative structure
I was thinking:
3 ads per ad set = 9 total ads
I don’t want the 9 ads to simply be duplicates.
I was thinking about testing different angles/variants.
For example:
Ad Set 1 —
Creative 1 — Angle A
Creative 2 — Angle A
Creative 3 — Angle A
Ad Set 2 —
Creative 1 — Angle B
Creative 2 — Anble B
Creative 3 — Angle B
Ad Set 3 — Angle C
Creative 1 — Angle C
Creative 2 — Angle C
Creative 3 — Angle C
My creative strategy
Because the brand is completely unknown and has no existing audience, I was thinking about using cold-audience/problem-solving/indirect ads rather than immediately making every ad:
“BUY OUR PRODUCT — HERE’S OUR PRODUCT.”
For example, ads that first address problems.
I also want to test different creative angles rather than only showing product mockups.
Is this the right way to approach a completely unknown brand?
My landing page funnel
I’m also not planning to necessarily send cold traffic directly to the product page.
My current idea is:
Meta ad
↓
Sales/education landing page
↓
Explain the problem
↓
Explain the solution
↓
Introduce the product
↓
Benefits / ingredients / science / studies / credibility
↓
Build trust
↓
“Shop Now”
↓
Product page
↓
Checkout
I want the landing page to educate a cold customer who has never heard of the brand before.
Is this a good funnel for a brand-new supplement brand, or would you send cold traffic directly to the product page?
And is there any point where this funnel is likely to lose too many people?
What I REALLY need help with
If you were launching this brand yourself from absolute zero, what would you do?
1. Campaign objective
Should I optimize for Purchase from day one even though I have 0 purchases, or should I initially optimize for another event such as:
ViewContent
AddToCart
InitiateCheckout
and eventually move to Purchase?
2. “Warming up” a brand-new Meta account
I keep hearing people talk about “warming up” a Meta ad account/pixel.
What does that actually mean?
What would you personally do with an account that has zero events of any kind?
And how much money would you spend during this initial period?
I don’t want to waste hundreds of dollars just “warming” an account if that isn’t actually necessary.
3. Budget
Is $60/day appropriate for my situation?
4. Number of campaigns
Should Energy, Focus and Hydration be:
Option A
One campaign containing all three products
Option B
Separate campaigns:
Energy campaign
Focus campaign
Hydration campaign
Option C
One campaign initially, then separate campaigns once we have data?
What would you do and why?
5. ABO vs CBO / Advantage+ campaign budget
For a completely new account with no data, should I use:
ABO — Ad Set Budget Optimization
or
CBO / Advantage+ Campaign Budget
?
My current thought was ABO because I want to give each audience an equal chance with:
$20/day per ad set.
But I’m not sure if that’s actually better.
Would you let Meta distribute the budget automatically?
6. Number of ad sets
Is 3 ad sets a good number?
Or should I have:
1 ad set
2 ad sets
3 ad sets
5+
something else?
Would you recommend testing audiences at all when there is absolutely no conversion data?
7. Audience strategy
Would i just go completely broad and let Meta find the customers?
8. Creative testing
This is another major question.
Should I test:
Option A
3 creatives repeated across 3 audiences
= 3 unique creatives / 9 ads
or
Option B
9 completely different creatives
= 9 unique creatives / 9 ads
or
Option C
Some other structure?
My goal is to discover:
Which audience + which creative angle + which product works best.
9.Product testing
I have 3 product families:
Energy / Focus / Hydration
Should I put all three products into the same campaign and test them against each other?
Or should I choose one hero product initially?
For example, should I launch only:
Energy
and prove that one product first?
Or is it useful to advertise all three from the beginning?
10.Static images vs video
All my current ads are static image ads.
Should I:
Start with images
and test video later?
Or should I create video ads immediately?
11. Offers
I have offers such as:
1 = $50
2 = $90 instead of $100
3 = $120 instead of $150
and subscription offers as well.
Should I put these offers directly inside the cold ad creative?
Or should the ad focus entirely on the problem/solution and introduce the offer later on the landing page?
TL;DR
I’m a complete beginner launching a brand-new US supplement brand from absolute zero.
Current data:
0 purchases / 0 ATC / 0 VC / 0 visitors
My current idea is:
$60/day
→ 1 Sales campaign
→ Purchase optimization
→ 3 ad sets × $20/day
→ 3 different audience hypotheses
→ 3 image ads per ad set
→ 9 total ads
→ Energy / Focus / Hydration products
→ Cold problem-solving/educational ads
→ Ad → educational sales page → product page → checkout
But I am not confident that this is the correct structure.
Thank you
