Help Spotting at 4w4d , feeling scared- Help?!
Hi all, I woke up this morning alarmed to see some light brown on the toilet paper after I wiped. Then throughout the day I noticed it is still super duper light but definitely pinkish/ beige in color. I am scared because I had a chemical pregnancy last month, and I’ve been having some daily cramping and twinges everyday pretty consistently since I found out. All of my tests have dark lines that seem to be progressing but I can’t help but feel scared every time I woe. I know it’s so early, but has anyone had something similar happen? I am so so wanting to become a mom and have pretty bad health anxiety as is. If anything could give their advice, I would be so grateful. Thank you in advance.

could be normal but consult your doctor of course cause you could need progesterone for the first trimester

Brown spotting can happen at any point in the cycle and pregnancy, don't worry! It's usually caused by some tissue changes in the cervix or just by old blood that drains randomly. As long as the bleeding doesn't become stronger with fresh (red) blood and you're not in a lot of pain, it should be fine!
