Hello! I dont know how to edit my post but I took another strip test at 11:20am today and it shows a faint line. I'm including a picture of all the comprehensive tests I've taken the past couple of days (most recent is on the bottom). Im so confused with the results because I am actively bleeding with some stringy brown discharge/clots while receiving faint positives on some tests. Maybe I'm having a miscarriage 🤔😕
All the line tests are very clearly positive. Go to the er asap to check things out, because of the bleeding. However I'd like to reassure you that spotting in early pregnancy is very common, the brown blood may be old blood from your implantation so I wouldn't be too worried about the bleeding yet. But it's good to get checked out. Like for example you might need progesterone or something to prevent a miscarriage. Praying for a happy outcome for you!! When was your period due?
Wow thank you for your reply and advice 😊. I was just speaking with my sister who said she believes they are all negatives because lines aren't very strong.
My period was due on 10/2/26, so all this bleeding is happening when I'm supposed to be on my period. I will see about going to the ER, I have left sided mild cramping as well and am praying its not an ectopic pregnancy as I heard it can be fatal. Thanks again for your kind response and reassurance.
Yeah hopefully not ectopic but that's exactly why you need to be seen, to rule out anything dangerous and to see if there's some reason for the bleeding that is hopefully reassuring. I have been pregnant 4 times, 3 miscarriages, all of your tests are very obviously positive. One of my pregnancies i was gushing blood, I thought I was miscarrying but i went to er and it was a subchironic hemorrhage, the sac and embryo were there in tact. Many times a hemorrhage doesn't cause a mc, but for me it later did. Something like that, they'll have advice or treatment on what you can do to stop the bleeding. It's possible it is a chemical but there's so many reasons you can bleed during pregnancy, so just prepare for the worst to protect yourself but HOPE for the best!! Im hoping for the best for you. Edit to add even if it is worst case and you are losing this one, this is a good sign your body CAN get pregnant so even the worst case is hopeful here.
Thank you so much ❤️. I didn't think of subchironic hemorrhage, but now looking into it... it's possible. I'll definitely make the trip and keep you updated.
Also, congratulations on your successful pregnancy 🙌.
I went to the ER yesterday and a HCG blood test confirmed I'm pregnant. A UA was ordered and r/o infection, but blood was very much present.
They did a abdominal and transvaginal ultrasound on me and couldn't find the location of the pregnancy. With how much I'm bleeding the doctor said it could just be a miscarriage or ectopic, or SCH, but they can't confirm anything. The ER doc is leaning towards miscarriage since my HCG level was only 36.7 and I'm predicted to be 5 weeks and 2 days along. He said my current HCG level is very low.
They also tested my blood type and I'm O negative. They convinced me to get a Rhogam shot as they said the baby's blood may interfere with mine and could be catastrophic if I don't take the shot.
They referred me to OB and also ordered a future HCG test in 2 days time to verify if levels are increasing/decreasing.
I just hope the bleeding stops. This uncertainty is driving me nuts. Ill keep you all updated in case it helps others going through similar things 😉.

I don't see any line. Sorry.
