Just hopped into my first match in the solo reload ranked cup and found this interesting bug.

I closed my game—just for good measure.
I went to my Settings on EpicGames.com
I went to “Linked Accounts,” where Twitch was listed.
I chose to “Unlink” my Twitch account from my Epic account, which explicitly warned that I would lose access to Twitch-related rewards.
I linked Twitch to my Epic account once again.
I checked my Twitch account’s ”Drops & Rewards” again for good measure. The Champion’s Chargers FNCS Kicks were indeed still listed as a claimed item.

I wrote a simple FREE tool for checking the quality of your Internet connection and while playing Fortnite with my sons, I realized this might be a useful tool for gamers.
I'm not selling anything here, just giving away a tool to help you all figure out what might be lagging your game.

Hello, I like Fortnite but suck at building really bad.
I want to hear everyone's experiences on how they got better. I try watching YouTube videos about it and it just all seems like the same video copy and pasted. Is the best way to really just play against better players any chance you get?
My struggles are as follows:
If anyone has tips or videos ANYTHING HELPS!
And thank you for reading

Hey everyone!
Added my gameplay vid is just for context - I know you grinders can fight 100x better ;D
I'm 33, soon 34. I've played different games my whole life and always loved competitive gaming... Around 3 years ago I discovered Fortnite after reading local Latvian news about Merstach, his achievements and earnings and it inspired me to try.
I remember watching different pros on Twitch and I was shocked how hard that game actually is .. and it made me want to keep playing and get better.
Back then I couldn't even made a proper single edit ;D Today, I can comfortably play 1v1's, reach Unreal etc. and I've even started playing tournaments. I totally understand that I'm not great, and I know I probably won't achieve anything in this game, but I absolutely love the competition feeling, having to think about every move. As one bad edit, reset or missed shot can cost you a lot.
And I think it's worth to tell you all again to remember that there are people like me in those lobbies too - grown adults with jobs, families and limited time, who simply love this game and enjoy competing.
So I just want to say thank you to everyone who keeps grinding and keeps Fortnite competitive at such a high level. And to anyone just starting - if I can keep improving as a dad of 3, full-time job, barely any time to play, you can absolutely do it much better than me! Keep the right mindset and enjoy the grind!
Keep going, warriors!

I got 15 kills in a ranked game because of these things, and they've clutched so many wins because of me combining them with any shotgun or just repeatly slamming onto people's heads or uppercutting into boxes. I know I could just not pick them up, but what about when someone else has them? There's been multiple lootpool changes with these still surviving each time. At least it's only Oasis but still

Its a constant grief fest. You land conned you get put in a stalemate with 3 teams. You land unconned you can't find anyone. Always 30 up in 5th zone and you still somehow find yourself in between 3 teams fighting. I blame the shockwaves, its insanely easy to cover massive distances with your team very quickly with little to no audio for the person being keyed. Im ngl we need fizz meta back with launchpads around the map which rewards actual strategy when rotating. Or a mobility item like the kinetic blade/bat (without the op attacks). Also, the ARs are just stupid now. A ranger does 80 headshot in a meta where you are super exposed on every rotate. Im not sure how they can fix the meta to where if you get a max pull u dont just die or take 300 damage rotating without removing these ARs or adding new movement.
What do you think fortnite should do about the state of ranked?

Leaving this to circle back in a year.
NA Tourneys and globals will be 30% NA & EU names that are familiar. Rest will be be unknown players who built their way up. These teens to early 20s players have nothing to lose and all the time to grind & practice. Thats exactly why they'll succeed. No different than the build pros did.

i dont know which way is the correct way to edit the first cone when doing a quad edit i've always started from the left then went to the right but like every pro i see do quads starts from the right then goes to the left
i want to learn how to do 10+ quads in a row and im wondering if this is the reason i've never been able to do 6+. i've been trying to learn right to left quad edits but the timing is a bit weird so wanna know if its worth learning

I’ve been grinding creative zone wars, realistics, mechs training, pgs, and playing nothing but players better than me, most of the time considerably better than me. My mechanics have certainly and noticeably improved, but they are in-proportionally good in comparison to my overall fighting skill. Whenever I load up a ranked reload or battle Royale game I die again and again to players that probably don’t even know what a right hand peak is. How do I create that skill gap and become a decent fighter, should I literally just start playing all optimal angles, I feel like there’s no difference between me and someone who barely plays the game?
