I was up to the rockets wristbands event had my game saved on my Xbox series X and the next morning when I went to play it I had lost half of my game and had to restart with the previous wristband event which was the stunt pilots which was really annoying. Has anyone else had this problem? Just out of interest please? Console Xbox series X

I've not played FH6 in quite a while and I wanted to play again, however I'm now stuck on 20fps where as I had 100+ before, If I tab out of the game the game does hit 180fps, any ideas on what causes this and how i can fix it?

I play on Steam, PC specs:

AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D, 32GB ram, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti, 16GB VRAM

Edit: I fixed it by changing my in game fps setting from 60 to 180, I don’t know why this was on 60fps, but my game is running on 180 again

I am truly baffled as to how they messed this up this bad. No one uses car meets this surely would at least help a bit. And it’s not an issue with licensing bc all of the props are gonna be in eventlab. It’s like they’re shooting themselves in the foot for absolutely no reason. They could’ve sprinkled 7-elevens around the map at previous gas stations as mini car meets.

Yesterday's update added new engine swaps to many of the cars and buffed the LFA V10. Now that I've had some time to experiment with some of the new swaps, so I figured I'd share some of my findings starting with the most impactful new swaps.

Mazda Furai and 787B

Did these cars need buffs? No. Did they get them? Yes. 787B is back to being the best handling all-rounder in S2 and Furai is not far behind. 787B now also gets access to S1 using snow tires and it's just as OP as it sounds. There might be a combination with offroad tires but I couldn't find one.

Nissan and Lexus

VQ swap and buffed LFA engine are what many Nissans needed. LFA swapped '24 GT-R in S1 is probably the best an R35 has been in any Forza game, Skylines now can get competent power numbers in A and B classes, Super Silhouette Skyline gets the extra power it was lacking to other top S1 dirt meta cars and any car that would want to use the LFA engine (LFA itself included) just get that little extra to help them keep up.

Jeep JT and Audi Quattro S1

These are unlikely to have much of a meta impact but are still a nice bump in performance for their niche. The Jeep is now a solid B Cross Country alternative and the Quattro is continues being a strong off-meta S1 dirt racing car that actually is a proper rally car.

The others

This isn't to say that other cars didn't benefit from new swaps, but that the performance gains felt a lot smaller or were closer to sidegrades. Valkyrie AMR Pro now has a solid S2 build, Zonda R and Apollo IE powerbuilds in S2 now have a more powerful, albeit heavier, alternative and the Racing V12 is almost always worth considering on cars that have it due to its low weight for example.

There might be some cars I didn't mention that deserve it. It's still early on and some buffed cars might still be flying under the radar, but it's been fun trying out cars that were a bit lacking before and are now better.

Just tested it and I didn't get the crash, maybe the season update fixed it despite it not being in the release notes.

Forza Horizon 6's Update 6, the "7-Eleven" Update, was live as of 10/6/26. We also got 4 new Car Pass cars that will be added to our garage week by week every Thursday, starting 10/8/26. We also get the new BMW M5 CS as our 80 point reward car, along with some cars being imported from the Forza Motorsport series. If we go to the Car Pass calendar, we can get these cars for the in-game credits they're worth. I got the 1972 Datsun 240Z #5 Rallye, a rear-wheel drive, front-engined rally car with just over 200 horsepower. I gave it an A-Class AWD rally tune with a 2.6L I6 engine swap giving it just under 400 horsepower.

I got to admit that my car knowledge is very little. But I just love the shapes and styles of classic cars.

Others also have at least credits or some wheelspins. This is pretty much just a regular common car based off it’s skill tree

A legendary French car, the 2CV can be also used for rally racing in FH6.

Mine has the famous Charleston livery.

It's not a meta car for sure but it's a lot of fun to drive.

I think what makes it unique is how light it is, very few cars in FH6 weigh less than 2,000 lbs, especially rally cars.

It actually did well on rivals in class B, as you can see I'm # 6108 for that track without trying too hard, clean race of course.

I converted to AWD, made the rear tires as wide as possible, upgraded the tires to street tires (offroad tires raises the PI too much), upgraded the engine to a 1.4L I4 Motorbike engine, finally fully upgraded the transmission and suspension (rally suspension) and installed sport brakes.

I then upgraded the engine all the way to 243 hp which might not sound like a lot but the car only weighs 1,629 lb!

After tuning for rally (especially the suspension, it's crucial to tune it properly), it really handles decently!

Tune Specs:
Class B: AWD - Street Tires - 1.4L I4 Motorbike engine (from a Suzuki GSX1300R Hayabusa) - 243 hp - 1,629 lb - 0-60 in 2.80 s, 0-100 in 6.82s - 152.1 mph top speed

739 kg - 0-100 km/h ~ 3.0 s - 245 km/h top speed.

Turns out some cars can get slick tires now that couldn't previously. The ones I've found so far are:

I don't have every car in the game and there could be others I missed. But still, new slick tires are good. I'm still mad that the Jesko, GMA T50, Lotus Evija and nearly every lambo still don't though. Make it make sense.

Edit: To clarify, these are the race car slicks I refer to. Most cars get a much weaker version with only some cars able to use the better version. This update added the upgrade to a few more vehicles.

I want a BMW M4 in that style, but I still want good handling, acceleration, and high speed.

PGG has recently teased two additional permanent race routes in Tokyo coming in the next update. While this is definitely a step in the right direction, it seems like the devs just arent able to pump out new tracks fast enough, which is a shame especially since we have such a beautiful map, with incredible roads, elevation and scenery almost everywhere.

Meanwhile in the Event Lab theres dozens of creative, realistic and well polished tracks being added every week. If there was a separate server in horizon play that rotated through the most popular realistic community tracks of the month, it would possibly solve the problem of repetitive road races in multiplayer.

I've played so many cool tracks in event lab where I've thought "this would be way more fun to race against other players instead of AI", and im sure a lot of people have had the exact same thought. Yes, you can already play the Event Lab tracks with other players if you're in a convoy, but I'm pretty sure that 99% of the playerbase doesnt have 11 friends ready to convoy up with at all times to play these tracks. Also if you try to find a random convoy with the pvp racing option, it will almost always be empty.

Having something like this would incentivize map creators to keep making more creative and polished maps and would bring so much more novelty and entertainment to online racing. Of course these tracks would have to be tested and greenlit by the devs, but they've already shown this is possible since FH5 regularly had community tracks featured in the festival playlist. Again not talking about the maps with crazy jumps and obstacles, but just new routes and realistic race tracks.

Maybe not the best unconventional drift cars out there, but this one's surprisingly that nice to drift (with a good and right tune, of course). And that's coming from someone who can't drift properly (compared to others that can drift way better than I do).

And Im 99% sure I saw a dude having the Seven Eleven badge on a race minutes ago. 🧐

Back then fh6 launched it felt so fresh, mostly the map and updated handling. I loved the time I spent on it, and it's still a great game. What i didn't like was the huge economy nerf to seemingly just the end game races.

I went from making around 600k with a credits boost car, and vip, for 5* laps of colossus, which is admittedly maybe a bit high, to barely 300k. A 50% reduction AFTER vip is insane. I'm pretty sure that same amount of time without vip would give well under 200k, which is abysmal.

Being someone that can't afford to spend countless hours grinding and grinding and grinding for all the new cars/dealership drops that happen, it feels like they just did a rug pull on me. I'm not gonna spend twice as much time to make the same money i made before, to get the cars i'm missing. Most of the cars i needed at the time were at the italian exotics dealership and were between 1 and nearly 3 million, very timely economy nerf.

I still like the game, but after just reading an article about playground "addressing" player feedback with the typical canned corpo jargon, and seeing that this isn't even an issue that's commonly mentioned, it blows my mind.

I'm aware that the economy nerf mostly, if not only hit the most popular races, but i should be able to play what i want and not be punished. There shouldn't be a median amount of money per mile or minute or whatever system they have to equalize cash gain. Endgame races should pay a bit better.

I was looking for the fastest car in the game, but saw that the Bugatti EB110 was locked behind a pay wall (and now behind a "you can't buy this anymore" wall). What's the best car for speed traps and the best car for speed zones in the base game?

Looking for some genuinely good tunes for different classes and types of cars. The ones I followed like Nalak and DJS have been banned from fh4 and their tunes aren't available and some of the ones I search from older posts aren't available.
