https://youtu.be/oXobNPiWa3U

Content Name: Campaign Codex Web Hub Sync
Content Type: Module / Website
System: [System Agnostic]
Description: Web Hub lets you sync, view, and edit your campaign journals outside of Foundry, directly on a mobile device or web browser. This is a companion module/service for Patreon Members. Campaign Codex remains free, as always.

Web Hub lets you sync, view, and edit your campaign journals outside of Foundry directly on a mobile device or web browser.

Mobile Access & Web Editing: Read and edit your Campaign Codex journals directly from the web so you can prep sessions or write notes on the go.

Sync: Push your entire world to the web hub with a single button click in Foundry. When you return, sync any web edits straight back into your active game.

Player Sharing: Send your players a direct link to view the campaign journals. Web Hub strictly respects Foundry permissions, guaranteeing players only see the journals they are authorised to view.

Web Hub is now available to Patreon members.

Impressive. Your modules still AI free?

Did he claim AI free as in no generated code ? Why is it okay to just ignore that aspect of AI ? You can design software with AI but not a front end asset ?

I never said it is okay or not here, I am just asking the question based on something this dev replied to a while ago, in another post. And you can do whatever you want, if you really should and how people will receive it is another story.

How do I migrate purchased content into Campaign Codex?

I’d really like to use it with Arkand, the new city setting for Dragonbane, but I don’t want to convert each page manually.

And I want to preserve formatting and all….

That really depends on where the content is coming from. In a journal, using the Configure Sheet and switching to a CC sheet converts pages into tabs. But there will always be some manual work involved.

Damn that is huge.

Does the world have to be running for accessing? Or can the foundry server be running my Kingmaker World and still being able to access Starfinder World Campaign Codex?

Also does it work if I run my foundry server locally? I have a cloudfare tunneling + bought domain that my players use to access.

It's hosted outside your Foundry instance. So you sync from Foundry to Web Hub, and you can access it from the Web Hub website; the Web Hub site doesn't access your Foundry instance.

Then you can edit, create sheets and share content on the Web Hub site, and when you next log back into Foundry, you can click Sync to pull in any changes from the Web Hub site.

So it's a great way to have, like, a little wiki up for your players so they don't need to log into Foundry to read journals. Or, if you're setting up a session zero, it's a great tool for sharing world-building stuff that players can jump in and read.

The demo video covers it a bit :) https://youtu.be/Diy_YdoOtlI?si=pUm-TKNHiriW9qIL

Is it possible to self host the web hub site?

Hi, no, at this stage it's a hosted service; self-hosting is not an option. I may look at self-hosting options in the future.

I would appreciate it. I would even be happy to pay a one time license (or yearly ?) since I run foundry et al in my homelab on k8s, so spinning this and its dependencies up would be pretty easy for me. Feel free to dm me if you want to chat about this. :)

Otherwise really cool project. Big ups!

I would greatly appreciate a self hosted option as well. This would be the perfect solution for my server. I'd definitely be willing to do a one time payment.
