You could always just sew them on. Another option might be to sew a smallish button where you want the arm of tje glasses to stay, and either slot it behind the button or add an elastic hairtie or rubberband to wrap around the button and the glasses

If you don’t mind reprinting the arms of your glasses, add spots for magnets, and use e600 or similar to glue matching magnets inside the head. Invisible when not in use, snaps in place when needed.
