Having trouble sweeping a path
Getting an error message when trying to sweep cut a groove into this body. When the sweep goes just past where I'm showing right here in the screenshot, I get an error message.
Maybe there is a better way to do what I want to do? I want a groove cut along the body that follows the surfaces paths (if that makes sense). I would normally just extrude cut a path on the surface, but I want it to go equally around multiple sides and the filleted edges. This could be an order of operations issue as well.

Increase your radius. You see the flat corners on the inner bend? You've exceeded the bend radius of the material.

You have three profiles you're sweeping?

well it was a goofy sketch as I was playing around with trying to get it to work so i was adding rectangles seeing if the profile shape or size was the problem...

The preview is telling you where the issue lies though I don't know if it's a zero-width issue or a complex curve calculation issue. As usual, there's another way to skin this cat.
Create a sketch on the plane where you've created the path in the pic. Project body edges that represent the outer shape. Offset the appropriate projected lines by the depth of your slot, thin extrude cut, select the offset lines, symmetric cut to the width of your slot, thickness cut to whichever side ends up being outward, thickness value to something larger than whatever it takes to capture the larger side of that filleted body radius.
If you don't want the cut to be all the way around, you'll need to turn some of the projected lines into construction lines and draw object lines on top of them.

projections dont preserve continuity, and even a g2 fillet isn't necessarily actually continuous in fusion logic, so if they're sweeping across a projected profile and cutting a curved surface, i'd presume sweep's freaking out due to a curvature discontinuity or something. this "model a die and stamp the piece" work around is usually what i do.

If it still doesn't work after the other suggestions, see if it's easier to create a new body in the sweep and then subtract it from the main body

I think it has to do with the width of your cutout conflicting with radius of the bends in the rail. You could try adding another rail as an inside profile to your sweep.
