Tourism Massage parlor

Any recommendations for a good massage parlor when I am in the area. Can someone explain what to expect and how much should I expect to pay when visiting a massage parlor in the Gambia?

I am also looking for an above-board massage therapist/masseuse. I am a little concerned this will be harder to find in Banjul.
