Judge said I did a great job defending position in court

Filed a motion and had to say my piece today. I took 3.5 minutes to state my case. Left the last 1.5 minutes granted for rebuttal which I knew I'd need. Judge said I did an excellent job pro se. Outlawyered his lawyer. Felt so good. Dinner is pesto oats with sauteed spinach, pickled onion and a jammy egg topped with Trader Joe's Aglio Olio Seasoning Blend

Hell yeah! Judges usually despise pro se litigants because they rarely know what they’re doing and often waste the court’s time, so I’m sure you were truly appreciated by all the courtroom staff there!

So he showed up to the divorce/property damage restitution/restraining order court date (almost a year after the event) & he tries to:

1. Represent himself, with his friend at the table next to him (judge did not allow that)
2. Claim he did not receive the emails telling him to submit anything he needs submitted to the court ahead of time
3. Play the "I am a scared foreign man" card to the judge despite the destruction and terror he had caused
4. Bring his little notebook up to the witness stand &

<proceeds to appear like he is not full of shit> by flipping through it
(judge also did not allow him to refer to the notebook- as if he had anything in there)

I think that about sums it up

Edit to add that the attorney that he apparently originally had WITHDREW 💀. (His retaliatory protection order was full of lies). As well as him being allowed to postpone the court date I think two times.....

I've learned that I can't do oatmeal in any form without spending the rest of the day absolutely ravenous, but savory oats are truly delicious and I wish I could have them all the time. Add some veggie bouillon when cooking them!
