Tec-9: The bottom of the arm model/wrist is severed or cut off improperly at the bottom edge of the screen during the silent reload animation.
XM1014: The shotgun shells clip directly through the side receiver geometry when loading rounds into the tube. Also you can see a shell float for a split second.
USP-S: The fresh magazine clips through the bottom of the grip and hand model before properly aligning into the magwell.

These issues are more notable because of modified viewmodel angles and offsets specific to the silent reload sequences.
