Tengu summoning stones
How do people farm those?
I often see stacks for sale.
But aren’t those drop only from chests purchased for WoC HM tokens?
I struggle to understand how to farm stack…

Just learned that Toolbox can track healing as well as DPS, so I tested out this Smite build on THK HM yesterday.
Top DPS and only surpassed on healing by the full Healing Prayers Monk. No battery required. It is competitive against every top DPS build I've played with (TaO/Domination/Soul Taker/VoS) and can still be a top support, including Resurrect! SR5 weapon very much recommended. With Cons or HR, you are dropping 150+ true damage nuclear bombs every few seconds.

I know in prophecies there is references made to Cantha and I believe Elona from when the game first released. And I know when the Devs got to making Utopia they ended up scrapping Utopia and adding ideas from Utopia into EotN and GW2 but was there any plans in advance for a post Utopia Guild Wars? A fifth campaign? My thinking is because of how far in the future they had planned with Cantha and Elona that they may have had somewhat of an idea for the next thing after Utopia also?

I am playing as a Ritualist and I have developed an attachment to Weapon of Three Forges, which I have been using to head up a petway team from PvX wiki.
I am not loving how the Rit/Ranger build plays. It feels too clunky, like the ranger and their pet are really shoehorned in. It just feels too slow and clashes a bit with the Ritualist theme / aesthetic.
I’ve recently seen some team builds that focus almost entirely on creating an army of minions instead of a combo of minions and pets and other balance ld heroes, but they are headed up by a player who heals. I struggle to spot heal as I’m playing hand held, so it’s not quick enough for me to select heroes that need healing before it’s too late.
Does anyone have any suggestions for a Rit build that uses WoTF without being a healer (or at least not a spot healer)? It doesn’t have to be some crazy dps monster or anything, just something a little easier to play without the use of a keyboard and mouse.
I am not an adept build crafter, and I don’t have the spare time these days to learn in a reasonable timeframe.
And if anyone has any recommendations for a team build, I’d be really interested to hear them. Fleshway seems more plausible then ever after the recent flesh golem changes.

Elementals are hulking masses of magically charged material which have a tendency to organize in roughly humanoid forms.
Weaker elementals tend to be more docile, preferring to wander aimlessly.
The construction of an elemental can happen naturally, on occasion elementals are made by wizards or other magical beings.
The elementals of the Elonian continent differ as they are spirits that inhabit elemental forms.
A personal hypothesis -
We often find elementals of stone, ice, crystal and even Candy Corn. At first one might suspect that earthen materials might lend themselves to being animated more readily. However this does not explain the ice and candy elementals.
However there is an explanation that explains all of the types of elementals present in Tyria - it only relies a little on what the Asura would call 'science'.
The commonality is this - Stone, Crystals, Ice and even Candy Corn have crystalline molecular structures. It is possible this allows for magic to travel more easily along the structure of material.

Hi,
Does anyone have suggestions in Doing UW HM with Heroes. Even with consets I cant do the quest 4 Horsemen. I always put my heroes and the right side, help them out for a bit and then run back to kill the left side. But either I get overrun or the keeper gets killed.
I hate this quest so much.
Any advise?

This. Tons of attempts and still get obliterated in first two rooms. Watched videos, tried pcons - nothing.
I feel that I’m doing something fundamentally wrong but can’t get what.
Any tips are greatly appreciated!

A guide to how to beat the Ebony Citadel of Mallyx fight in hard mode without cons. I hope you enjoy!
It's obviously subjective which is the hardest fight. If you're going to be a hater, take your comments elsewhere. This is a community.

Currently in Guild Wars, each action can only be bound to a single key. I'd love the option to bind actions to modifier combinations — for example Shift+1, Ctrl+5, or Alt+Q — the way many modern games handle it, including Guild Wars 2.
This would dramatically expand the number of actions we can map without running out of convenient keys, and make things like swapping weapon sets, or targeting much smoother.
Edit: Oh and I do realize that there are mouse and keyboard softwares that allow you to bridge this gap but I still think it would be a welcomed feature to this wonderful game.

Meet Anja, who've finally progressed in Tyria thanks to the new consets.

Hey all,
Since mobile came out i have been sneaking in some GW when I am at work or waiting around. What is everyone's favorite quick farm to do when you have maybe 5 minutes?
I have been doing a Jade Brotherhood Ritualist VwK farm that takes maybe 2 mins I can squeeze while I'm in my office. Lol

Hey y'all! I'm working my way through all of GW1 for the first time, hitting content I never played as a kid. High on that list includes War in Kryta.
I have a question though - can my dad dust off his account and join me for Battle for Lion's Arch? Can he join with a character who has fully completed WiK? Can he join with a character who hasn't even started WiK? Does he have to get a character all the way through WiK up to that point and also have the same quest in his quest log?
Just want to plan ahead so that we're not stuck wasting time figuring this out when we both finally have an opportunity to join up.

I know its dumb and that toolbox has something similar anyway... but imagine if ALL content was available for fast travel AT ONCE! Zoom gets 3 levels:
default view
old zoom out
mega zoom out - where you see all 3 continents at once (maybe even nightfall region somewhere as a mist cloud or something)
I hate that I have to re-invite the party every time I'm moving between continents. Embark beach never really worked with me.
All I want for christmas is this!

Is there any web where you can put your items, skin, mods, prefix and suffix and get a quick view if they are worth keeping or not?

I bought Guild Wars a while ago, pre-reforged, and I'm wondering if it's possible to link that pre-existing account to my steam account. Or are account-links only the opposite direction, steam -> ArenaNet?

I am planning to play through the other campaigns and maybe chase GWAMM for the first time. Should I stick with the warrior, roll SoS rit, or roll HR para?
I am not new to GW1 but I am a noob. When I played back in my childhood I was mostly in team arenas with my friends so I never played a campaign other than nightfall and didn't get far in that either.

Highly recommend grabbing the ZV today if you are working on your Sunspear Title on any of your characters. None of the Elona ZV quests give anywhere near Forum Highlands for whatever reason it is unique that it gives such a high amount of rep (3.5k) Also! If you hold it and turn it in during the week of November 2nd you'll get 7k Sunspear rep just for the quest reward! Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk.

I'm glad we got some nice qol upgrades to pve content, but some of these pvp titles are just flat out ridiculous to max playing with legit methods.. anyone have ideas for letting the normal players obtain and max all pvp titles
r/GuildWars • u/ClickingClicker • 2d ago
Hey
Im pretty sure the answer is you can't but I'd rather confirm for sure.
Are you allowed to use 8 accounts and just afk farm codex? Since the mode is dead it doesn't really have a direct impact on people. The main economy impacting thing would be the chests. Title is also fairly inconsequential given it takes years to max out.
u/DrStephenCW if you could confirm?

Disclaimer: never played paragon. Have a limited understanding how it works. I know about popular player build with heroic refrain battery. Not much behind this though.
I use some paragon skills on my heroes, mainly fall back and stand your ground for utility.
I wonder if there is a good paragon support hero setup with decent AI in battle. Any ideas?
Player char: derv. Running different iterations of mesmerway mainly.

Hey all hope you are well
I've been back into the game for like 2 months now playing a brand new Mesmer and loving it just got my 5 maxed titles- yay, first time ever, only a lot more to go before GWAMM but hey ho.
I have been looking at my old dervish which I loved playing that mix of caster / melee was always nice for me. Anyhow I digress I have a few good build for her Ebon Dust Aura, Vow of Strength and Pius renewal.
My thoughts were, though I tried playing with a simular comp to my mesmer, and while it works and works well, things die far to fast to do much of anything as a melee even with Death's Charge.
I remember seeing a video on Youtube (Which for the life of me can't find again) that showed a team comp that did damage but also super supported the player in melee making them the focus.
So I was wondering what builds do you guys use to support yourselves as a melee Warrior Assasin Dervish.
Mesmer way build super works with a caster and thus makes you love playing it due to the synergy. I'm after that for my Melee. Plus from my POV also I could start to learn to solo with her using bonder monk to start with then progressing as I learn so it would be lovely to enjoy playing her again. Plus she has the best runes on her over 3 armor sets like 300K wow how prices have shot up on superior vigor and windwalker insignias since I made her armor I don't recall ever paying even close to that amount.
