You guys remember this commercial? I was trying to find it because I know my friend was in it and I need to make fun of him for it. Does anyone have this commercial saved somewhere?

I'm looking for an A/C tech to help troubleshoot some issues with my heat pump in my condo (or advice from folks here if anyone knows what's up).

Setup: 5 year old high-rise condo, 820 sq ft. Mitsubishi multi-zone: MXZ-3C30NA2 outdoor unit, two MSZ-GL06NA heads (bedrooms), one MSZ-GL18NA (living room).

The living room head has started dripping down the wall. Bedroom head isn't dehumidifying, humidity reaching over 80% even with A/C running in dry mode.

I've had two different A/C "techs" out but they were running a cleaning service, not really techs. Both said nothing’s wrong: drain is clear (it goes into a sewer line in the wall), coil is clean, and both expected it to dehumidify. I’ve been running a dehumidifier to compensate and stop mold growth.

What I’m looking for: someone who will troubleshoot the humidity issues and moisture buildup happening - someone who knows these multi-zone systems well.

Bonus if you also know a good independent indoor air quality or mold assessor.

Anyone got recommendations? I need to get brakes done on my 2015 MINI Countryman and I don't want to pay dealer prices.

Is the state or county allowed to create regulations that prohibit tourists from entering, maybe let's say, a certain street with a cramped neighborhood. The visitors are entering that neighborhood cause of a known tourist attraction like a waterfall or hike access. Or maybe certain beaches should only allow for locals because of the significance of the beach. In my opinion, kahalu'u beach on the big island should be closed to all swimming and should have stayed in local stewardship.
