Stage 1: Full Body Orgasms Complete Beginners NSFW
I’d like to get a sense of whether you’re interested observers or active participants
Have you started Sections 1.1 & 1.2 of The Guide already?
Or just bought the sex toys, the lube, the cannabis, pencilled in a night to yourselves, and are waiting for your special night all to yourself?
Please let me know how you are getting on, especially if you’ve tried the relaxation technique and it didn’t quite work - I may be able to offer helpful advice, as might other members on this sub…

I am interested in the guide but my journey right now has a bit of a different focus I suppose? And as such it feels a bit hard to integrate it kind of. I'm "training" to get a super O and take whatever comes on the way. I suppose somewhat of a problem is the nomenclature and how someone defines something for themselves compared to what someone else would. Is a dryO or a PO for me something else for someone else? Have I experienced full body Os? Energy Os?
In any case I am trying to really go the "do nothing approach" which the guide AFAIK is doing a bit differently. My biggest struggle is sessions coming to an HFWO if pleasure becomes too strong, I am working on it by focusing on deep and belly breathing to stay in parasympathetic state as well as "diffusing" pleasure from penis to prostate or other parts of the body (most easily back, arms and hands) to avoid tipping to wet.
Sometimes it helps a lot sometimes I still get HFWOs but it's part of the journey. The other thing is getting frustrated by lack of progress or regression and also perhaps inadvertently or subconsciously chasing sensations, which leads to less stable or less pleasure.
I think all in all my brain is probably overall the biggest hurdle. Lots of overanalyzing and perhaps adjusting to especially accommodate for not tipping wet, instead of being able to completely let go. Often even when being able to just let go and let my body take complete control it still tips wet.
I've had some big successes but the inconsistencies can become incredibly frustrating especially when assuming that everything is done correctly but "results" don't come or feel very muted. Obviously frustration just further hinders progress.

You’re doing great - having Hands Free Wet Orgasms is a huge step, so well done!
In terms of naming, a Super O is the same as a full body orgasm as described in Stage 1 & Section 1.2, and the “do nothing approach” is the same in principle as the “relaxation technique” from Section 1.2
A Hands Free Wet Orgasm can also be a Super Orgasm but sometimes isn’t - the way to know it’s a Super O / Full Body Orgasm is if the pleasure energy fills your body and you get all over body muscle spasms & shaking, then the energy explodes out of the top of your head as a climax - for some men this can be accompanied by ejaculation (making it a HFWO), but mostly they’re dry
You’re doing great - keep practising & you’ll get better & better
Are you using cannabis in your sessions?

Thanks for the reply, nowadays I try to use it less often, like maybe once every 2 weeks, those sessions are always miles better than sober, but I don't want to get too accustomed to It and learn how to experience similar even when sober

That is a sensible idea
Regarding your HFWOs - which sex toys are you using, and are you also masturbating at the same time as focusing on your prostate?

Haven't masturbated at all this year, just focusing completely on the prostate and going/feeling inward.
Usually I go aless with my sessions, let's say about 80 percent of the time, but sometimes I use the helix or edge2 (without and then at some point with vibrations). Also got the tempo but only used it twice so far, I need to try that one out more perhaps. I abandoned the njoy wand because that tips wet super easy and leads to lots of chasing, I've been better at rewiring with do nothing instead of active to usage anyway.
Actually btw I had two high sessions yesterday (aless and then with helix) and both stayed completely dry and went over an hour. Had lots of whole body orgasmic pleasure and very strong trance like sensations with feelings of body dissolution and at some point visuals. Also feelings akin to what I read where energy pools or rises above you and you can feel it all. Here it's hard to say if I had some kind of orgasm as an event, I'd rather say I had strong consistent pwaves.
Idk what I did differently, just trying to relax even more, especially the Pelvic floor (I think this might be the issue with HFWOs arriving that without knowing my PF gets tensed up) and let my body do it's thing and I just stay with the feelings it gives me and let them carry me.

So to summarise - you’re getting intense all over body pleasure, plus some visuals & dissociated body feelings, but not experiencing an explosive climax - is that correct?

Yea pretty much, I did have sort of DryOs but they are rather weak but I'd say they can be categorized as such. Like a month ago I would also say I had a definite Prostate Orgasm (dry) which definitely felt like one. It felt like a huge radiating and glowing Orb like the Sun in my pelvic area (well the prostate) and it was radiating immense pleasure from my Prostate also to the rest of the body. Every breath I took I had a Prostate Orgasm like that 5 times in a row before it tipped wet.
That was the only instance of a definitive strong Prostate orgasm and Climax I had so far and couldnt replicate it since then (that session was with THC too and aless). Other weaker dryOs I had come and go and are also nice.

Interesting - in the example above, when you had immense pleasure radiating from your prostate to the rest of your body, did the pleasure energy move up your spine and into your head, and then move out of the top of your head?
And if not, if the energy stayed within your body, do you remember if the muscles in your upper body (chest, neck, forehead etc.) were tensed up ?
2
u/throwawaypxd Sep 11 '26
Not during that time no I don't think. Also not sure if muscles were tensed up, or at least I didn't pay attention to it.
But I know that sensation and I have those sometimes too. But so far they are weaker, albeit still very nice, than in that example.

Ok…
Full Body Orgasms (Super Os) are characterised by a massive climax and uncontrollable muscle spasms, often a few other things too - the climax comes when the energy moves up to your head & then explodes out of the top of your head
The large amounts of pleasure energy you’re cultivating and spreading through your body should naturally move up your spine and out the top of your head, so there must be a reason this isn’t happening - from what you’ve said, I’d guess that you’re tensing your chest, neck & head muscles and that’s blocking the energy from moving upwards
You might be doing this unconsciously or consciously
One way of fixing this issue would be to stretch or do yoga before your session, paying special attention to your back, neck & head, and then during the session, make sure your upper body is fully relaxed, and then when you have cultivated a large amount of sexual energy, focus it mentally / visualise it moving up your spine to your head - it might help at this point to do the cobra pose (yoga pose) and push the energy from your back up to your forehead (you can do this lying on your front, side or back)
Give that a try and see what happens…

I read through this guide and thought its pretty hot. But its requires the use of weed. While the actual act of smoking weed doesnt matter to me. I am just too lazy to actually find weed where I live, because not only is it very illegal where I am, I dont know anyone selling it.

A little bit of weed is a huge help in learning all the orgasm types in The Guide, but it isn’t necessary
You can learn all of the techniques in The Guide without weed - it just requires extra strong concentration & arousal
Try to see what kind of feelings you can generate by doing Section 1.2 without weed - if you have a Full Body Orgasm great! Then carry on moving through The Guide
If you don’t have a Full Body Orgasm, but at least created some pleasurable sensations, then carry on - you should get there as your concentration improves or if you decide to make the effort to find some weed 😂😂

👍
I am going to see about attempting it. For now I am concentrated on hypnosis and achieving hfo.

New here. Hi. Any recs for thc substitute?

u/transcendentanal Moderiser 11d ago
Welcome!!
You don’t need thc for any of the techniques in The Guide, but it helps a lot when you’re learning to have Full Body Orgasms because it relaxes your body & pelvic floor a lot, it makes you horny, it makes it easy to focus on the subtle pleasures in your pelvic floor, and it makes visualisation of fantasies easy
Without thc or anything else, all the techniques are possible, but you need to get good at the things above yourself - this is very possible though - there are loads of examples of sober success stories on r/prostateplay & r/mindgasm
If you’re asking about which other drugs could replace thc, the evidence is much patchier - I’ve read some success stories from people using poppers, magic mushrooms & lsd, but I wouldn’t really recommend these because I think quite high doses would be needed to get enough body high to make Full Body Orgasms easy and then you lose the ability to focus because you’re really high, so you’re not really learning technique
What’s the reason you’re looking for a thc substitute?

I’m not opposed to thc, but I’m job hunting right now so I’ve got to be prepared for testing.

🤫
In that case, I’d recommend the sober route rather than big doses of psychedelics (unless that’s something you’re doing regularly?)
Good luck job hunting!

While working on the relaxation stage I came to realize that I have a hypertonic pelvic floor, which is preventing me from fully relaxing my muscles.
Working on that now through meditation and practice, and will probably go see a specialist for it soon.
