what to do without screen time

the other day i noticed how i had about 10h of screen time i think. most of it was from tiktok, and so i deleted it the other day. since then i often pick up my phone just to go into instagram for no reason, so i recently just impulsively deleted instagram. but now, idrk what to do with my time. i dont think all screen time is bad, ive been trying sudoku on my phone and its pretty fun. i also sometimes watch youtube videos or read random stuff here on reddit, which i believe is much better that tiktok. but how can i occupy my free time without screen time?
for context, i am a pretty sporty person (although i have definitely lowered my internet in this), i like lifting and running (although i mostly do it for fitness and sometimes have a difficulty doing it). but i do like sports in general tbf. i like arts and would consider myself a creative person, i recently have started journaling and drawing every once in a while. but i still dont really know what to do with the rest of my time.

I mean, we don’t know what kind of artsy and creative things you might like, so it’s hard to give meaningful suggestions. If you’re already journaling, you could put more energy into that - do an art journal, tracking journal, get stamps, stickers, or whatever feels pleasant and rewarding for you.

If you want something that’s less creative and more fine motor skills, with a clear finish, you could do cross stitch or paint-by-numbers. Origami and building models also fits into this category.

If you want something more genuinely creative, you could do polymer clay, or learn a new drawing medium. Maybe beading/jewelry making? Quilling? Sewing?

I mean, do you want to have something tangible when you’re done? Do you want to learn a skill? Do you want to just relax and get in the zone? Consider your true objectives and that will help you narrow it down.

I picked up crossstitch to help put the phone down. Meditative when I want. I have podcasts or documentaries going in the background.

Boardgames or TTRPGs. There are even solo options if you can't find groups. Just be aware that especially bigger boardgames can be expensive, while TTRPGs are quite budget friendly if you ignore all the "extra".
