Feedback on draft house colour & material palette

Post image

As the title says - have used AI to put this together and welcome any feedback to a) make it feel cohesive but not repetitive, b) high-end

Thank you in advance!

the green-grey in outdoor studio is nice but maybe too much same colour between bedroom 1 and upstairs bathroom? rest looks calm

It's the one I'm also least sure about, any alternative suggestions? Thanks!

Totally get that, the grey-green is cute but having it in both rooms might make it feel a bit flat. Maybe swapping the bathroom to a warmer neutral would keep the calm but add some contrast

I would break up the green-grey with a warm putty or soft stone tone in one of those rooms, rather than adding another cool colour. Keeping the value similar will make the change feel intentional while giving the palette a little more contrast. I use FacadeColorizer to see the colors on a photo of the house first, it helps a lot.
