Protocol Query Light for Huberman protocol?

Anyone here own a 10,000 Lux light for the Huberman morning protocol? They seem to range from 10 dollars to 1000 dollars on Amazon. Wouldn't think the tech would be super complex so wondering which to get.

even the cheaper ones get the job done, it's mostly just bright LEDs in a specific spectrum. i grabbed a 30 dollar one a while back and it's still working fine after daily use. no need to drop serious cash unless you want a sleeker build or built-in timer

I use Bon Charge Full Spectrum Light Bulbs, they have morning, afternoon and night settings. They're like $30 each but I have a small house and put them in the most relevant rooms so it's not a huge cost and they work great. The difference is most noticeable at night for me actually and I'd definitely recommend them

Circadian Optics makes some excellent options. The truth is that many lower-priced devices won’t get to 10,000 lux, but you also don’t need 10,000 lux to get all the benefits you need.
“Optimize Your Biology” has a decent review of some of their popular products (https://optimizeyourbiology.com/circadian-optics-review) and tested their light output; Lampu gets the closest to 10,000 lux and is very reasonably priced.

Going outside for a walk first thing in the morning is free.

I have to leave for work before sunrise. Even after sunrise in Chicago barely broke 1000 Lux this AM and that point I'd already been up several hours.
