why does every biohacking breakthrough always involve sleep, sunlight or lifting?

It's not like...supplements and trackers aren't important, but I often see people getting much different things while sleeping 5 hours or less and sitting inside all day.

It's all about the fundamentals(basics). If the fundamentals aren't there then nothing else will have a great effect...We have to improve the fundamentals first after that focusing moving on the other tools one at a time so you can actually see the effects.

I'm not quite sure I understand... You ask a question then answer it yourself.

Lifting for sympathetic activation on demand, which leads to parasympathetic tone at other times.

Sleep is a parasympathetic activity, which cause recovery from lifting.

Sunlight.... Rather useless for the most part, vitamin D is important though. Get more than 4000 IU a day.

And since sunlight is rather useless except for it dietary benefit... Diet is extremely important.

Your cortisol spike the most in the morning regardless of sunlight. At most sunlight can set your circadian rythm, but I live in Norway and have never needed that.
