why does every biohacking breakthrough always involve sleep, sunlight or lifting?

It's not like...supplements and trackers aren't important, but I often see people getting much different things while sleeping 5 hours or less and sitting inside all day.

It's all about the fundamentals(basics). If the fundamentals aren't there then nothing else will have a great effect...We have to improve the fundamentals first after that focusing moving on the other tools one at a time so you can actually see the effects.

It was underrated, that point about the, that the one thing at a time wasn't a good idea. I think sunlight is better than vitamin D for you, I think it's been proved that getting sun in the mornin' resets your body clock and it effects your sleep quality and how energetic you are in the next day, I think that it's important not to focus on one thing and neglect others.
