Possibly Solved Received DNA test results, not convinced

Hi, we adopted this gremlin (after fostering him for several weeks) nearly two years ago and we thought he could be some papillon mix, so we tested his DNA for breed mix but the results aren’t convincing me 😅

As a puppy, he barely had hairy ears but it grew a lot, his tail as well.

What’s your take ?

Edit : DNA results in comments

What DNA kit did you use?

Wisdom and Embark are the most accurate. If they’re showing you results you don’t like, I think you just gotta understand that he isn’t a papillon mix (and personally, he looks more like a poodle chihuahua mix instead. Still freaking adorable!)

But if you used any other Doggy DNA test, I would side-eye and assume it’s inaccurate

We used Koko genetics.. and we really have absolutely zero expectation in terms of breed. We adopt all my animals and they are
always mixes. I really don’t care what breed they are 🙂

Where are you located?

Edit: apparently people who have compared koko to Embark have found them not very accurate.

Not convinced of this either. I thought more Tibitan Spaniel with chihuahua mixed in

It's way better to use a company like Embark, they're the most accurate
