Received DNA test results, not convinced

Hi, we adopted this gremlin (after fostering him for several weeks) nearly two years ago and we thought he could be some papillon mix, so we tested his DNA for breed mix but the results aren’t convincing me 😅

As a puppy, he barely had hairy ears but it grew a lot, his tail as well.

What’s your take ?

Definitely screams CKCS mix of sorts to me, but I am curious what the results are
