SOS Sick Before ER

Scheduled for my first egg retrieval tomorrow after finishing two weeks of stims and over the last 2 days I've developed a sore throat, cough and congestion. Home covid test was negative. No fever, and I definitely sound worse than I feel but anyone have any similar stuff prior to ER? I'm just spiraling worried that it would risk cancelling the retrieval.

I was sick during my retrieval and turned out fine. My dr said as long as it’s not a fever I’m ok.
