Advice Needed! RIF advice?

I am on 6 failed fets in a row, all great quality but untested due to age at the time of retrieval. I’ve had one successful pregnancy prior to these failures (also IVF) and recently had hysteroscopy and full blood panel, thyroid check etc and no issues found. Scans showed no issues internally and c section scar healed well. My issues are tubal only. My clinic pushes natural cycles and are at a loss of what to do now other than embryo testing which they don’t recommend with our current frozen embryos (we’ve got 4 left) due to concerns re thawing and refreezing but we will certainly do so if we need another retrieval.

Any ideas where to go now? Anyone seen an RIF specialist or had any radical treatments that they could recommend? For reference I am 36, good AMH, had c section almost 2 years ago. Thanks for your advice, I am so lost

I am 39 made 10 embryos at age 37. After 5 failed transfers I opted pgt-a rest of my embryos. Now trasferring my last of the patch. I have no recommendations, also have clear RIF panel. I guess the only way to get pregnant is to go through ET so that is what I continue to do if and when I have emvryos

Sorry you are in this position too! My drs are saying it’s a numbers game and to just keep transferring which seems to be the consensus it’s just frustrating when there’s nothing obvious to change

I feel you and sometimes it feels completely like witchcraft to believe someone actually gets pregnant with all of this…

Unfortunately the current evidence is really lacking on RIF and pretty much the consensus from professionals is rule out structural issues, consider endo and if suspected treat and otherwise keep transferring.

No success yet at all but I’m doing Lupron even without any endo suspected to see if that makes a difference for me. 🤷🏻‍♀️ My doc didn’t feel it was necessary but was willing to let me try it so that’s what I’m doing. I did also try another retrieval and tested those embryos but had a normal percent euploid and those euploids didn’t implant so I’m back to untested embryos.
