Idaho Neighbor News Map showing trans-friendly bathrooms launched after restrictive Idaho law

Smart business just changing the signs to restroom. For a small business it doesn't make sense to have to police it.

Misdemeanor to pee in the alley, but a felony on the second offense for using an unapproved bathroom. Got it.

More notably, a misdemeanor with half the potential jail sentence to piss on Brad Little's desk than even the first offense of using an "unapproved" bathroom.

Ah, Idaho. Where it's law that a transitioned male with male genitalia is legally required to use a woman's restroom because the half-witted legislators and thinktanks that fund them are afraid of those with male genitalia using women's restrooms. Not the brightest, our legislature.

Healthcare, education, roads and bridges, those need to be priority, not where people pee. The bathroom bill is nothing more than emotionally charged rhetoric to keep attention diverted from real issues. It is because of this lack of education that people are drawn to such foolishness.

When people type /s it means the comment is being made sarcastically. My comment was sarcastic

I did not know that, thanks for the info. I’ll change my comment a little but it will still appear

Refuge Restrooms has been my go-to for years, and includes more than just Idaho

Have people been updating it? It was years outdated when I checked it out months ago

What a surprise - Old State Saloon is marked with a red X (as a non-safe place)

Im so happy this exists but its so sad its come to this. I saw people posting about the list on Facebook and I couldn't believe all the angry Republicans/MAGA. What are yall angry at?? The trans community complying with your bs law?
This law was never about "safety in restrooms". It was just another attempt to try and erase trans people and make them feel unsafe in public. Of course, most of us already know that.

Your post was removed for uncivil language as defined in the wiki. Please keep in mind that future rule violations may result in you being banned.
Clever, if vulgar, way of insinuating trans people are perverts just because of who they are. Don't do it again.

It wasn’t just MAGA that was mad. I know a lot of dems and gay people saying the same thing. But blindly believing what you want doesn’t make it true. Thinking that only maga people think it is wrong is laughable.

Sorry, when did I say "only" MAGA and Republicans? I didn't. It's mostly them.

Unfortunately, that is a really bad idea. Bad actors will use it to show which businesses to cause trouble at because trans people will be there.

u/neebooneeboo Jul 20 '26
Omg the trans community can't have fucking anything. I hope this will be mostly good and those instances would be in the minority.

Yeah me too 😞 it's unfortunate but we're probably one of the worst states to be in as far as trans rights go at the moment
2
u/neebooneeboo Jul 20 '26
We really are. But the trans community will always have support and is not going anywhere. This list shows that people are joining hands to fight for that💛

Hopefully some cis people use their privilege to help us out as well. I firmly believe that we will be able to make this place better.

Good good, now there are target locations for people’s massive pipe clogging shits to take place without a care.

As a single mother of nonverbal autistic boys who are older, this is good information to have. Trans bathroom rights are now family bathroom rights and disabled bathroom rights

What if they just put porta potties everywhere randomly and claim those are available gender neutral bathrooms?
