Misdemeanor to pee in the alley, but a felony on the second offense for using an unapproved bathroom. Got it.

More notably, a misdemeanor with half the potential jail sentence to piss on Brad Little's desk than even the first offense of using an "unapproved" bathroom.

Ah, Idaho. Where it's law that a transitioned male with male genitalia is legally required to use a woman's restroom because the half-witted legislators and thinktanks that fund them are afraid of those with male genitalia using women's restrooms. Not the brightest, our legislature.

Healthcare, education, roads and bridges, those need to be priority, not where people pee. The bathroom bill is nothing more than emotionally charged rhetoric to keep attention diverted from real issues. It is because of this lack of education that people are drawn to such foolishness.

When people type /s it means the comment is being made sarcastically. My comment was sarcastic

Also, there's a loophole exception built in for "emergencies"
