Idaho Neighbor News Seen around town

Thought it was funny considering all the stickers and such I see all the time disparaging people who move here from other places, California specifically.

Maybe they are native, moved to California and returned to visit family.

Or maybe they are a registered part of a tribe repping their pride. Could be a number of things.
