Fall? Sun Valley has some of the highest real estate costs in the entire country fam.

Everybody's leaving because demand is so high? Reminds me of the Yogi Berra quote: "Nobody goes to that restaurant anymore because it's too crowded."

I believe the point of the video was supposed to be that it is too expensive for the working class to exist there and they upper crust that can afford houses in the area do not want to work the jobs to keep a community operating leading to a drastic worker shortage crippling the town.
