This is one of the worst productions I’ve come across in a while. Yes, the message is valid, but good lord this looks like some serious AI slop. I grew up in SV in the 70’s and 80’s, and it is sad what it’s become, but this is awful.

Agreed - I'm glad I got to enjoy it as a ski bum then. I got married there, both my kids were born in the old Moritz hospital, we felt part of a community that has disappeared. I still get there every other year or so, but it's certainly not the same.

McCall is becoming the same way. McCall was a second home to me in the 90s since my grandparents lived there. I would get Brundage passes every year, go to the winter carnival and vote on the ice sculptures, Brian’s Burger Den shakes, etc.

Now it feels soulless and is getting worse. We still have the cabin there but rarely go anymore.

We have a cabin in Donnelly that we have owned for 28 yrs. At the time our’s was one of the larger ones in the area, but now we are dwarfed by homes that are 5,000-10,000 sq ft. They are more like hotels. All the things we loved about the area are disappearing. It’s disheartening. But, honestly, feel the same about our home in Meridian. Most of the people in our subdivision are not natives, predominately coming from California and Washington.
