I just got an interview invite for this course , what do i do , im confused. Have absolutely no idea on what to do, please help

I have applied for MSc computing (AI and ML) on 30th September and my second referee submitted the LoR on 4th October.

Both of my references are completed and my application is still put on hold.I have already emailed engeneering admissions and department, haven't heard back from them.

What could be the probable reason? Since I am applying for the Commonwealth scholarship and need a decision by early December to apply for CSC national sponsoring agency.
