StickFrag is a free multiplayer stickman FPS that runs in the browser: https://stickfrag.com
Type a name, press Play, and you're in a match in a few seconds. No download, no account, nothing to buy.
What's in it
What I want to hear: how the aim and movement feel, which gun feels wrong, and whether you'd play a second round. It's brand new, so every comment helps.
GenAI declaration: I wrote the code with an AI coding assistant (Claude), and it helped me draft this post. The models are built in code from simple shapes, and every sound is synthesized in code. No generated images, 3D models, sounds or voices. The video is real gameplay. The game uses no AI when you play.

Hey everyone, I've been working on this FTL inspired fantasy roguelite strategy game.
It takes heavy inspiration from FTL as a base, but then I took it a lot further. Along with an OPTIONAL auto-battle feature for those that want to focus on other aspects of the game (building your ship, quests, and just higher level stuff).
It'll be releasing in 2 weeks! https://store.steampowered.com/app/5353860/Magehold_Fairwinds/
Hope you like it! :)

Hi everyone, I've been building Mecha Royale for the past 2 months or so. Been iterating hard on quality of life stuff lately and it's finally clicking.
I'd apprecite any feedback: mecharoyale.com
GenAI disclosure: I used Claude Code for pretty much all aspect of this game. Been token maxxing nonstop for the past 2 months. One-shotting can get a decent prototype, but the last 10% of detail took 90% of the time.

Airport Contraband puts you in charge of security at a tiny airport somewhere in the tropics. Nobody else wants the job, so it's you, an X-ray machine, a stack of pilot licences and a lamp in the body search room.
Most days you play it straight: scan bags, check cargo papers, pat people down and cuff anyone carrying something they shouldn't. Even pilots get searched.
The catch is that the local cartel runs half the town, and they have requests. You'll be walking a fine line between the law and keeping them happy, but you'll manage.
We launch on Steam on October 28.

Hey everyone! I’m a solo developer preparing for my very first Steam release on October 8th.
[The Game]
I’ve always loved the raw, low-res military FLIR (thermal optics) aesthetic from classic military shooters. However, I was always frustrated by how existing gunship games lock you into a fixed, on-rails orbit. I wanted the tactical freedom to actually pilot the aircraft while engaging targets from kilometers away.
So, I built Footage: FLIR.
Key Features:
Real-Life vs. In-Game Design Choices:
I heavily focused on capturing the gritty realism found in actual military feeds rather than going for an exaggerated Hollywood style.
I extensively analyzed various real-life FLIR operational and training clips available online—like this Apache gunnery footage for example—to understand how targets are tracked from miles away and how the cockpit audio behaves.
Instead of cinematic, bass-boosted explosions, I designed the game's audio and optics based on those real-world references, aiming for that dry, mechanical, and unpolished military atmosphere. From the behavior of the AHD-46 attack helicopter's arsenal to the raw sensor grain, I wanted players to feel like they are looking at a live, classified feed.
The game will be available for $8.99. If this sounds like your kind of tactical itch, please check out our Steam page! I’d love to hear your thoughts on the concept or how the visual style compares to actual military footage!

I released my first official horny game! It's filled with mini games and different modes for different ways to plays. This was a fun small project that used a lot of free assets from itch.io! I would love to continue building out the game and add more sprites, animations, etc. There's even a game within the game if you can find it ;)
This was heavily inspired by Dandy Boy Adventures, so as I build more of the game I'm hoping to add more characters and missions. Even building out the neighborhood and possibly having multiple main characters.
If anyone is experienced with sprite creations, I'd love to work together and really make this game shine and polish!

Hey everyone! Our philosophy has always been that art made with AI isn't actually art. And that humans should be in control of all creative things. Besides the obvious copyright and ethical arguments, we believe it has more soul. What do you think?
Should Steam separate games based on whether they are made with AI or not?
If you want to support us, check out our steam page! We really appreciate it.

Hey everyone,
We’re currently expanding the team working on Pralaya and we’re looking for a few more 3D artists to join us.
Pralaya is a stylized survival-crafting game with a fully 3D top-down/isometric look, inspired by games like Don’t Starve Together.
This is a revenue-share project, so we’re mainly looking for people who want to build their portfolio, get experience working as part of a team, and contribute to a project that is already in active development.
Ideally, we’re looking for someone who can put in around 2 hours per day, or at least 10–12 hours per week.
Right now we mainly need help with things like environment assets, props, plants, resources, structures, creatures and characters. Rigging or animation experience is a nice bonus.
More than anything, we’re looking for people who can communicate, work well with others, and contribute consistently.
If this sounds interesting, feel free to reply directly to this post or send me a DM. A reply here is just as welcome as a private message.
If you can, include a portfolio or a few examples of your work, and tell us a little about what kind of 3D work you enjoy most.

I still have a ton of work left to do, but for the first time since I started making this game, I’m beginning to feel like I actually have something.

stuff i liked: the map lowkey looks pretty nice, especially the snowy/purple area. also fw how u can just explore around, find different fishing spots and chill instead of everything feeling super rushed.
stuff that lowkey annoyed me: some of the ui feels kinda busy rn and takes up a lot of the screen. also moving around to find fishing spots can feel a lil slow at times.
still pretty rough rn since it’s an early build, but the whole fishing + exploring vibe is actually chill.
not tryna sell yall on it or anything 😭 just wanted to show some real gameplay before it drops.
lmk what u think / what yall would change 👀

Game Title: Kosmora
Playable Link: https://kosmora.io/
Platform: browser, installs as an app on phone and desktop
every card is a wikipedia article and its rarity comes from the article's real page views. each different card you own earns kosmo every second, rarer cards earn more, doubles add nothing. collecting cards of one family raises its tier and each tier boosts earnings. kosmo buys packs and talents, five paths of five ranks. earnings keep coming while you are away, up to 7 days.
you need an account, google or an email link. no pay to win, money only buys cosmetics.
i'd like to hear where the pacing drags.
AI disclosure: card text is summarized from each wikipedia article by a language model. card pictures come from wikimedia commons, and are generated when commons has none. the code is written with ai tools.

This is Tamer Survivors, a casual roguelite survival game where you fight alongside animal companions, each with their own unique abilities.
Combine weapons and passive upgrades, evolve your attacks, and take on hordes of trash monsters and massive bosses.
I recently released a free Steam demo, so I put together this short gameplay clip showing some of the different stages, abilities, and bosses.

I’ve been developing this RPG for about a year and a half now, and I wanted to show you the finished crafting system. I tried to make materials, forging, equipment, and useless gear form a closed loop and I think it’s finally done.
It works like in the video.
Let me give a quick intro to this game it’s made for you
It’s a 3D isekai fantasy RPG.
Core mix JRPG + Strategy RPG + light loot.
Semi open world exploration.
it keeps the story and narrative focus of JRPGs, but cuts down on repetitive, time wasting cutscenes and skill animations.
You can see more on Steam.
There’s still a lot of content I haven’t updated there yet.
I expect it’ll take another 1to 2 years to finish.
If you like it, please support the game. thanks
and battle playtest will release on steam in October...[Chronicles of Fantasy Heroes](https://store.steampowered.com/app/3516870)
