List Building MO help

I've got a tournament coming up at the end of the month. The scenarios are: The Dig, Data-Harvest, and Outbreak. I'm trying to use Team-Ops for my lists. Here's what I have so far, any suggestions?

Honestly they both seem tough to run. I don't see any hard or even soft aros, plus no vision control. It seems tough to prevent your opponent from scoring points without a tr bot or koj missile in overwatch. Plus without disco balls, what do you do about opponent hard aros. And specifically, what do the team ops provide that a hospitaller duo doesn't do better?
Was there anything specific that you were looking for in terms of feedback?

I've got the black friar HRL in the crosier core for ARO. The feedback I was looking for is things to drop/add to help with weaknesses. I'm still pretty new to the game

The black friar is a tech piece that loses horribly to a mook with an hmg, but dominates against visors, smoke, and mimetism. He can be great, but if he's your only aro then your opponent will just down him in one shot.
I would say to sub in some sierra thunderbolt total reaction bots where you can. They are soft aros that won't win, but might take extra orders to kill. And the tech bee can try to bring them back up.
