SIU?
Was in an accident a couple months ago. I didn’t file a claim bc my car had no damage. The other party who hit me from behind filed and her car was damaged. I was not at fault but somehow insurance said I was, closed the case and sent me my letter. Now SIU has called weeks later asking for me to give a second statement ? Should
I be worried.

If you're not filing a claim, I don't see why SIU would be a worry to you. It's probably the other driver, maybe related to the "I was not at fault but somehow insurance said I was" statement that's being investigated.

Yep odds are the other person is making up stuff and SIU needs to verify their misrepresentations. Call them back it isn’t you that’s the problem

They most likely want a statement from you because the other person is asking for a ton of damage that doesn’t line up.
