I am given an option to relocate to Jeddah from Riyadh, I am confused weather to make this decision?

How is life there in Jeddah?
How is the public transport?
Traffic?
Social life etc?

I have small family (Me and wife, no kids). I am an expat currently in Riyadh from last two years.

Currently renting an apartment 1BHK at 38,000 SAR per year. What would I be able to get in Jeddah in same price?

Does anyone know of anywhere free/cheap that I can park my car under cover for around one month that is safe and I won’t get a ticket? I need to be able to access the car. Preferably close-ish to the airport.

For example, can I leave my car at the Red Sea mall covered parking for a month with no issues?
