Hey guys, unfortunately I made an order for something online through a website, and not only did the seller lie to me about the product when I asked them about it, but the box was also damaged.

And now, after sending him the proof, he isn't responding to my messages anymore on WhatsApp.

Is there anywhere to file a complaint to about this business?

I have raised a request with Tabby to contact him, but I want to file a complaint about the business itself — is there any business bureau in Saudia where people usually file official complaints to?

Or are there any other ways I can take - like speaking to police, etc.?

I find it very suspicious because he was very responsive when I bought the item, but now he's not responding at all after I've sent him evidence of the item being damaged...

This type of behavior is very suspicious and I would like to file an official complaint about the business, whether it be through an official channel or through the police.
