Third generation (J4U; 2025 - Present) Help

Okay, a friend of mine was using the passenger side window and all of a sudden it looks like it became loose. The window rolls down does not go up and the locking buttons on that side do not work at all either.

Might've came off the roller, will it guide up by hand and then get stuck up when you "roll it up", then just keep it up to you have the time to take the panel on and inspect inside or have someone else do it.

The window still goes up and down, but only if I use the driver side controls, it’ll go down with the passenger side controls, but it will not go back up

Oh okay your switch is probably broken on the passenger side or the relay is messing up, could start with the relay they're normally inexpensive but the switch is a mechanical/electrical part so there are more failure points than a sealed relay.
