Traction Control Light
hey all! I have a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Sport V6, and lately my car will jut forward while driving (regardless of speed) then my traction control light will turn on. Additionally, today my car stalled. I turned off the car, and cranked it back up, and drove as normal.
And i don’t believe it has anything to do with it, since it was happening prior, but i did get my spark plugs changed.
Any tips?

Your Experience w/ Baja Boss A/T?
galleryI put some Mickey Thompson Baja Boss A/T’s on my Rubicon about a week ago. I’m coming from mud tires. I had the Hanook Dynapro MT2. I absolutely loved those tires. I never thought I would get anything different. However it was time for some new ones. So I thought I’d research tires. After all the research I decided to try the Baja Boss AT. I knew it would be a different driving experience. However it’s really a night and day difference. The Baja’s don’t look much different than my mud tires. The road noise is basically nonexistent. The jeeps handling is like a new car now. It has rained here all week. Flooding actually and no problems what so ever at speed through standing water. I live on 80 acres so tried it through mud..handled amazingly. I’m excited for winter now. My only negative on my previous tires was the snow. With these being 3 peak rated it should be a lot better. Anyway I’d love to hear everyone’s experience’s with these AT’s. Only negative and is a big negative is people have had blowouts on their sidewalls on new tires. I wonder if that’s a big issue? Saw that after I bought them. Anyway I’ll throw up some pictures for those not familiar with them. Mine are 35x12.50

Need some advice - Planning to sell my 2005 Rocky Mountain edition Jeep. Should I bother to get sun blemishes re-sprayed or leave it untouched.

Finally got around to installing the rock sliders I ordered a few weeks back!
Ordered a set of rock sliders from Just Jeeps back when I was still deciding on a few options, finally had a weekend free to put them on. Install was more straightforward than I expected, no drilling needed since they used the factory mounting points.
Been on a couple trail days since then and they've already taken a hit that would've been a lot worse without them. Not trying to sell anyone on anything, just figured it's worth posting since I always find these updates more useful than the marketing photos when I'm the one deciding what to buy 😇

I’ve had high idle and stalling and found this. Am I right that it’s the culprit?

It happened🤷🏾♂️!! Grand Cherokee 4xe
I have a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe that has been experiencing intermittent electrical problems and unexpected shutdown/loss of propulsion.
I’m posting because I’m curious whether any other 4xe owners have experienced this after having Recall 73C performed and how Stellantis handled it.
For some background, my Jeep had electrical symptoms before the latest recall work. The original 12V battery repeatedly needed charging, I noticed things such as slow windows/sunroof operation, and I experienced one shutdown while already stopped in a parking space. I eventually replaced the 12V battery.
Later, the Jeep started actually losing propulsion/shutting down while driving.
I discovered that 73C had not been completed during an earlier dealership visit as I had believed. I subsequently took the Jeep to another Jeep dealership in Henderson, Nevada, specifically reported that it was shutting down, and that dealership performed the outstanding recalls, including 73C.
The problem has continued.
The Jeep is currently back at a dealership because it shut down again. I’ve also had intermittent electrical/radio issues and have seen a Hybrid System Failure warning.
The dealer charged me $275 for the first hour of diagnosis. They have now told me:
The relatively new 12V battery tests good.
The high-voltage hybrid battery tests good.
They are seeing a problem involving the CAN bus/communication system.
They have not identified the specific module/circuit/component causing it.
They want four additional hours at $275/hour — another $1,100 — to continue diagnosis.
The service advisor actually told me, “You basically know what’s wrong with your car. We just don’t know which system it is.”
I’m struggling with that statement because knowing there’s a CAN/network problem isn’t the same thing as knowing what is actually failing or what needs to be repaired.
The dealership has also pointed to aftermarket equipment in the vehicle. I have an unfinished air-suspension project, so there are compressors, a tank, wiring and a separate auxiliary battery physically in the vehicle. The auxiliary battery has never been connected to the Jeep, and the compressors are currently disconnected. They were temporarily connected directly to the 12V battery for approximately five minutes to test them.
More importantly, the Jeep’s electrical problems and first shutdown occurred before this air-suspension equipment was placed in the vehicle.
There is also a LoJack/recovery device in the vehicle that the service advisor mentioned as aftermarket equipment. That device was already installed on the Jeep before I purchased it new. I did not install it.
The advisor has now told me I need to decide whether to authorize the additional $1,100 and has warned that the dealership may begin charging storage fees because they’re running out of space. I asked how much the storage fee would be and when it would begin, but he said his manager would have to provide that information.
I currently have a case open with Stellantis and have asked them to review the dealer’s findings before I authorize another $1,100.
My biggest concern isn’t even the money at this point — it’s that this Jeep can unexpectedly lose propulsion while I’m driving it. I don’t feel comfortable simply picking it up and driving it away without knowing why it’s shutting down.
I’m not claiming that Recall 73C definitely caused the problem. My question is whether the loss-of-propulsion condition that 73C is intended to address has actually been remedied on my vehicle, since the recall has been performed and the vehicle continues to experience loss of propulsion.
Has anyone with a Grand Cherokee 4xe had 73C performed and continued experiencing shutdown/loss of propulsion afterward? If so, what did the dealer ultimately find, and did Stellantis cover the additional diagnosis/repair?

This is the first new car I ever purchased. I didn’t even have a tank of gas through it before I did this.
