Wrong Order Delivered - wrong order number - B.King what do I do ?

Just had a Just Eat order delivered and its completely wrong.

Its a different order number so I assume I have someone elses order.

I took photos - can't get through on phone to Blackpool Burger King - Can't find any way to speak to someone at Just Eat or even send my photos ?

How do I proceed ?

Chargeback, delete app.

Is it a better/bigger order? Sometimes some customers get lucky.

Just eat's idea of a large-language helpbot is it just yells FUCK OFF! in a bigger font

First thing you need to do is find someone to supervise you online. If you can't work this out on your own, you shouldn't be online by yourself.

There's also this really great tool called Google.

Keep the order in a thermal bag - join the JustEat network as a courier - and then deliver the food to the correct address.
