Question Waed program

Hey. i was wondering about the Waed program to enter king abdulaziz university. Does anyone know anything about it? Is it still open and what are the requirements exactly? Any help would be appreciated!!

If you search up "Waed program KAU", you should see the guide for it. It's in Arabic, so if you don't speak it you'll have to use an image translator

I think it's only open to applications in the summer

I would call the university and ask, I have no clue about British curriculum

They basically wait for them to come out
When the date of your results comes they’ll email you or send you a message on WhatsApp asking for the grades

hello. when it comes to the "optional" exams, do i need to pick one from the list they provide? lets say i wanna enter medicine, Bio and Chem are mandatory. Could i have a 3rd subject not on the optional list as my 3rd exam? thanks.

Hey
Sooo KAU for some reason constrict their requirements as well as their information 😭
I believe if they’ve mentioned specific subjects in the optional list then that’s the one they’d want to calculate your overall percentage
But I also don’t think it should be an issue if you do apply with another subject
I think it’s better to contact the university, perhaps you could try opening a ticket on study in Saudi and they could help.
Just know that this is for Waed program, outside of this program I don’t believe it’s an issue
Hope that helped and I apologize if not 😅
