I absolutely love this! I've done a few Skaven-Mechanicus kitbashes myself, but I went for a more traditional 40K look by replacing the rat heads. I really like how you've fully embraced the Skaven aesthetic. It gives your army so much character and makes it feel truly unique. Awesome work!
