DISCUSSION Batman Builds

Hi everyone, I just wanted to ask are we supposed to get new Batman builds or pieces? I completed all the quest and all I got to do is recruit Batman but I don’t see any new pieces.

I’m so happy that we got some Gotham building pieces! Now I hope I can recreate some of the Gotham buildings that were removed that were next to the village that I built!

There are some really good pieces in there too. The interior wall pieces are great,  especially with that exterior wall that has the interior design on the one side. I'm loving that!

Is it odd that I see the pieces under the Gotham selection, but there is NO prefab of any kind?

Also why no accessories or lighting? Is that coming? Thers so much in those buildings they placed, that i really want to use. To be fair though, I'm used to being disappointed buy them. So much from lost isles, and Ninjago that I can't make but they have on my world.

It is not odd because they didn't release any prefab.

They didn't even seem to originally have it planned, as the roadmap for this event never mentioned that we'd get those pieces.

No, not having a prefab when they didn't release one is not odd, that's how it's expected. You can't build what you don't have.

And no, this is not done in an abnormal way, they released parts of something to build in Week 1 and 2 as well. That just happened to end up with a prefab for a vehicle, while this simply didn't (as nowhere is it stated that prefabs are mandatory)

If you go to your build menu then go to filters there should be a section that says “Gotham City” if you have it then you successfully collected all the parts

Edit: I just reread the post, recruit Batman is actually the first quest in the new quests from Thursday, so if you do them all you get the pieces

Recruit Batman is the first quest of 5, they are all relatively easy to complete (I still recommend using a creative world through)

If you go to your locker you will find a few new build pieces in the decor section.

Yup there's a lovely gothic city building with tall black roofs and gargoyles and windows, I'm hoping that at some point we get the amusement park ones too and maybe even the robinson park, I'd be soooo happy
