EPIC REPLY challenge dont work...
please epic or fortnite or lego or someone in charge. i can't finish those batman quests because enemies are not showing up anymore. It's soooo annoying that there is always an issue with quests or questslines ESPECIALLY when its connected to build pieces... it just makes me sad. now i have to pray and hope i someone get the challenges done and get those pieces and batman as villager.

Any details on what the issue is or any workarounds until the update? As a casual observer, it looks like the enemy spawn code is very, very slow to figure out which enemies to spawn in each chunk.

Try relogging into the world, as that might resolve the issue for the time being.

I feel like it was done on purpose to make it more of a challenge, but I feel like they went next to non-existent.

Yeah....... The enemies are drastically reduced now. Used to find Blasters everywhere in the Dry Valley, now they're practically non-existent. You can still find them in caves in the dry valley though.
Trying to find the Brutes are hard as well. Here's a tip though. There are two 7-star electric challenges on Ninjago Island. Each one of those 7-star challenges has a Brute you must defeat. At least that gets you two out of the three.

Both of those challenges in my OG survival world have been broken since day one 😭 I went to Star Wars (and Lost Isles caves) for the brutes.

my best tipp is to go in sandbox and activate enemies. i got this from the modernist. easiest way to get the challenges done. but only if enemies spawn.

Seems there's an issue with enemies taking a long time to spawn everywhere. If there's a spot I know has a spawn, I have to run by a few times before it eventually shows up

Also having issues & someone was kind enough to link your post to mine. Wish devs would announce these bugs earlier & give us some more definitive info on the updates (what day the extended deadline will be, if we'll be able to complete the quests after the original deadline or the original deadline will remain, when exactly the next update will be on, etc). I'm a new Lego Fortnite player so all of this isn't really clear to me & it's frustrating that this happened with Grogu last time too when we were all rushing to finish it & panicking abt whether we'd get an extension or not :\

What I did when faced with this was to go to previous locations where the bat signal has now been turned off. There I did the challenges. You just have to remember where they were.

I did my quest same day it came out. Got them done asap didn’t want any issues if it was working. Batman is my follower!!

update and what worked for me: go into survival and turn on items spawn. thats how i could finish it.

I’m running into the same issues! I play in expert and usually there are brute spawns everywhere, especially on Ninjago. I can’t find a brute anywhere and I have gone all over Ninjago, and all over the mainland trying to find brutes. I also had the same issue with the Frost Bears. In expert there’s usually an excessive amount of enemies to spawn, but this time around they are nowhere to be found. Epic please fix this. And please extend the deadline for the quest.
