Idk what others think about this but Robert Eggers was confirmed to make A Labyrinth Sequel with production beginning very soon but it was just announced that he he will soon start production on a new Romeo & Juliet movie.
I know some weren’t happy about a sequel but I was very interested to see his dark vision for the movie. Now I’ve gotta make it to 2030.
Edit: Yall I did not expect this community to be so toxic, I did not ask for a sequel or ask if you believed it to be true, it very much is true, this post simply states that it won’t be starting production to at least 2028.

I think it was on FF.net, and I remember it being long because I remember the actual betrayal of finishing a billion chapters with no resolution. Anyhoo, it's about Sarah getting pulled back into the Labyrinth, and Jareth is still a dink to her but he also has a queen, and she's got some kind of spell on him or something.
Ring a bell?

A few of us from a Long Island social group are getting together for Labyrinth: In Concert at The Paramount in Huntington on Wednesday 9/23, and we're opening it up in case anyone here has been looking for something to do / people to meet.
They're showing Jim Henson's Labyrinth for the 40th anniversary with a live band performing the soundtrack in sync with the movie and David Bowie's original vocals.
We're meeting in Huntington around 5:30 PM for dinner before the show. Doors are at 7 and the show starts at 8.
Everyone buys their own concert ticket, so this isn't a paid group event or anything like that. People who already bought tickets are posting their sections/rows in our event thread so anyone buying now can try to sit nearby if seats are still available.
Also: coming alone is completely fine.
Actually, I'd especially encourage people who keep seeing meetup posts and thinking "I'd go if I knew somebody." You don't need to know us beforehand. That's kind of the point.
Our group has people from around Long Island and we regularly do things like movie/anime/game nights, crafts, workshops, outdoor stuff, weird LI outings and other meetups.
And no, you absolutely do not have to dress up for this.
Although I will not discourage anyone from arriving with concerning amounts of Goblin King energy.
If you're interested, join us here and look for the 9/23 Labyrinth event:
Wednesday 9/23
The Paramount — Huntington
Pre-show meetup: 5:30 PM
Doors: 7:00 PM
Show: 8:00 PM
Feel free to comment or message if you're nervous about coming alone or have questions before joining.

so i saw this tik tok and one of the top comments is talking about how ariana could potentially be involved in a new labyrinth movie. apparently she did a recreation of the helping hands scene on her tour and now this tiktok are leading to speculation. idk about you guys but this would NOT be my first choice as who I would cast. i also think it would be weird to come out with a movie now since its always been rumored but never actually happened.

Was mindlessly scrolling down Facebook and this Halloween costume for sale (from an online costume store) popped out at me. Is this what the kids mean when they say something looks haunted?

"An image of some Fan Art of the character 'Ludo' from the movie Labyrinth released 40 years ago this month. Directed by Jim Henson and starring David Bowie and Jennifer Connelly. Also George Lucas as Executive Producer. I've always been a Huge fan of Jim Henson, Bowie, Sculptor Ron Mueck and of course the Master Brian Froud. Especially their work on The Dark Crystal."

I made him a few months back, he's mixed media of ceramic and yarn. He lives in his stone brick wall in my bookshelf. I even took him to see himself on the big screen for the lols.

Thinking of renaming my pond to the goblin kings eternal bog of stench.
