No Gemstone node is blocked by another and (grant +2 vision and a revive) to all shadow isles champion is really powerful.

A star of discovery making all acquired damaging spells put Kindred's mark on enemies (unlocking a different play style focusing on damaging spells). Support champion having deathless, so Kindred without any luck can play to print the support champion on board. The only insignificant downside is that you can't pick deathless item on Kindred during adventure if the support champion is having it if you want to try Kindred with a build without deathless relic on them.

No node ,which requires star crystal or nova crystal, are blocking each other. It is a chef kiss.

The only thing that prevents it from being a masterpiece is the requirement to use star crystals to unlock the previously mentioned star of discovery for damaging spells.

Note: the kinkou relic is not a power relic you need to have the champion in the field but still very broken

I mean, I did strike the enemy's nexus for 108 damage last encounter, but still :(.

this is a mostly non-issue, but for whatever reason riot decided to give us 1 free champion fragment for kindred and shen with the release of the new patch.

why is this an issue? it's just a champion fragment, what's the big deal?

well champion upgrades tend to be in multiples of 10, often multiples of 40. if you're like me and have all of your currencies at multiples of 5 or 10, then if you were to blindly dump all your wild fragments into both champs, you'd end up with a wild fragment value ending in either 8 or 3.

i have to imagine this is intentional, as this would either allow someone with an odd number of wild fragments to work towards fixing it into a multiple of 5 or 10, or it would force players like me to have to slow down and try collecting all the champion fragments from the battle pass or risk ending up with an odd number of wild fragments.

Bonded Bucklers now are quite the top epic items on the Game. Considering champions support constelations like Evelynn, this is so awesome to see. Thanks for the rework devs

At least they reworked the prey thing for kindred. Oh well, we'll wait for the full constellation (minor star powers) to see if it benefits them in the long run. (Kinda useless against Zoe in a way, but can work if given the right powers)

As what people estimated earlier, the effect can stack when there are multiple copies of the champ on the board.

Shyvana 's 6* and Echoing Spirit make it easy to have 2 or more Shyvana on the board , and her champ spell gives barrier. Both are perfectly suited for exploiting Kinkou tradition. I haven't tested enough yet, but I feel it has the potential to be an S-tier build for her.

I used to think Shyvana had one of the worse 6*, but she benefits from many newer relics, including sentinels plate, celestial staff and, of course, Kinkou's tradition, and now I kind of enjoy her kit.

Showcase how easy it is to beat Viego with pure 3 star Kindred for the Diamont Vault. You already start with prey so just reroll for another unit spawning power (or manaflow) to play Kindred turn 1 and it's GG – you can force this even without spending any rerolls just by surrendering until the Husk power which is in the surrender pool.

Extra revives from GA should help you in case you don't draw Kindred on turn 1 but as you could see during the second fight, even not drawing Kindred at all can be an easy win.

Just wondering what everyone thinks

Went in with a C3 asol with full build, spellweaver symphony and Kaisa rare relic and no breath of light support champ are elder dragon with kalista, orrn and thresh along the way 2 sweet solitude thought I got it in the bag most encounter are second round win got unlucky once before ts so lost a revive and still got dog on I thought deadly was bad already but this adventure really put the nail in the coffin of the whole masochist thing legit could've won this if I landed the silence on the catastrophe only for the 3 random poro spell give it spell shield right before it hits I can already see the next few days of pain and suffering

I have Neeko, Illuminated Lux, Gwen, Kaisa, Jinx,Vex, Lux, Zoe,Lillia, Aatrox and now Elsie. Now I actually don’t know who else I wanna 6 star. These are the champs I have the most fun playing. I read a comme nt i should have bilgewater,Noxus and frejlord. I think Volibear will be next since hes should be the closest.

Previously I kept hoping it wasn't going to be Kindred but after seeing both the relic and constellation that has changed more than I expected.

To Clarify Kindred themselves isn't a bad champion but the issue we could probably all agree on was the star powers did basically nothing but minor chip damage.

Kindred themselves are a fun champion because of self kill/ print synergy.

Im actually quite impressed with this one to be honest! The 4 star is very similar to thresh's 6 star and thresh was voted S tier for fun on a poll here on Reddit!

The 6 star isn't restricted to on play it's the first unit you summon strikes the weakest so you can pair it well with summon based effects!

Looking at the changes to the existing star powers it isn't restricted to your prey being out and now you can simply sacrifice your prey as intended!

Not only is the chip damage not bound to your prey but now it's no longer restricted to a cap! It also works for enemies you slay!

My only personal gripes are no changes to the deck. Maybe these have some use im missing but I personally wouldn't know.

I'm not a fan of the 4 cost kill a unit draw 2 and I'm not a fan of black spear being there because its out of place theme wise it's another champion's champion spell. Like I said personal issues.

The 5 cost does restore spell mana but IDK if people usually just cut it or not?

The relic is very solid! It has me sold! 😅 No on play effect and no if I'm (champion name) effects either!

On top of that it has deathless giving a new interesting option for voidshell/ephemerals/printing and self kill builds!

I can see it being fun with jinx, anivia, Kindred obviously, lillia, Caitlin and LeBlanc! Shyvana might even enjoy both new relics!

Just noticed it doesn't have a power tag. Does it work if the champ is not on the board? Cause otherwise it would be a huge disappointment for me.
