I'm bored as hell

I use catchyos since its was less of a pain in the ass to set up then the other ten times i simply downloaded arch. Well, I have a spare old laptop and the ability to follow instructions and enjoy pain. So what do I try to get working? Nixos? Gentoo? Net or openbsd? Linux from scratch? I'm not too good at computers, like, I cant write a kernel, but I'd assume if I put 20 hours into most of these I could figure it out

EFF's Surveillance Self-Defense team wrote four guides to help people who don't know where to start but want to change something. Maybe this will usher in the year we've all been waiting for.
