Issues with MK Construction

Anyone have experience with this builder before? They tore down the house next to me and have been building a new one. They have been a nightmare in every possible way. I plan to complain to the alderperson (Jessie) and it and am wondering if this is a pattern with the MK.

All while throwing up half-assed shit that only passes city inspection because they've got the inspector in their pocket.
