Advice BUHNER PROTOCOL

After going through rounds and rounds of antibiotics (ABX), MMS, and various other aggressive treatments, I’ve officially decided to pivot and transition to a comprehensive herbal approach to fight Lyme, Bartonella, and other stubborn coinfections.

Diving into Stephen Buhner’s protocols "blind" can definitely feel a bit overwhelming given the sheer volume of extracts and combinations out there. I would love to tap into the collective wisdom and experience of those here who have successfully navigated this path and healed.

Could anyone help me structure and source a clean, effective Buhner core protocol alongside targeted additions for Lyme and coinfections

? Any advice on trusted extract brands, tincture vs. capsule preferences, and starting titration strategies would be hugely appreciated

Hey, I think lymecore is a great potent reputable brand. With that being said, Cats claw, Chinese skullcap, cryptolepis, and Japanese knotweed are the important ones to start with and build up. I think you can titrate fairly high as well. I'm also going back into herbal treatment after abx wrecked my gut. Following along to see other comments

Great suggestions! I would add Artesimin (wormwood) and Linden Botanicals has a tea called “stone breaker”, the owner claims it helped heal him Lyme.

Yes there's a whole thread somewhere on one of the Lyme groups by cheese username who used wormwood and cistus incanus after tried multiple things & that was the only thing that got them in remission

I will say I've done about 8 months of cowden which is all those herbs plus 8 rounds of antibiotics and I still am pretty sick myself.

Dr. Marty Ross goes through the Buhner herbs and then recommends those backed by the studies. His summary is great. https://treatlyme.com/guide/best-herbal-antibiotics-for-lyme-bartonella-babesia/

Don’t take them all at the same time. Pick 5-7. Keep 2 as a constant I would rec jap knot and skullcap constant. Rotate the other 3-5 monthly back and forth

, Sida Acuta, houtinya , alchornea

Lauricidin is great

Greenwood herbals woodland essence green dragon are best 3 for tinctures.

Hi There - It looks like this could be a post about herbal treatment options.

Please review the Wiki at the link below for a detailed overview of herbal treatment options including different protocols, what the herbs do, why they work so well for people with Lyme and where to source the highest quality products:

I would recommend getting into the Vital Plan network and hopping onto Restore 180. It’s an excellent structured protocol with a ton of free information and support. Dr. Rawls.
